Material and Labour for conducting land survey using total station etc for technical area (the water logging area Approx Area 25000 Sqm) and submission of contour map along with gradient with reference to latitude and longitude including plotting of line sketch of existing storm water drain and fixing / alternating invert level of the same to match the main storm water drain at the end of the location involving Augmentation of the existing drain for effective draining of heavy rain water and including making suggestion for new additional drain and plotting the line sketch corresponding to the quantity of the items 2.00 to 14.00 complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of stone /boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc., but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles.

Demolition of un-reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for.

Excavation in trenches n exc 1.5m wide n exc 1.5m deep and getting out in soft /disintegrated rock complete all as directed.

M & L for PCC type C2 1:3:6 (40mm graded aggregate) as in foundation of drains complete all as directed.

M & L for Pre - cast cement concrete block masonry type C1 1:3:6 (20mm graded stone aggregate) with solid blocks, exc 10cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC type C1 1:3:6 (20mm graded aggregate) as in coping including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed.

M & L for PCC type B0 1:2:4 (12.5 mm graded aggregate) as in haunching including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed.

M & L for extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including forms moulds mitered /stopped ends etc.

Add for additional 25mm inner girth over or under 30 cm all as specified

Rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on brick surface and finising plastered surface with using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 CM as in soft/disintegrated rock.

Removal of excavated material exc 50m but n.exc 250 m and depositing where as directed at a level n.exc 1.50m above the starting point.

Taking down cement plastering at any description on brick or stone wall etc including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc and removal of debries and depositing where directed.
