REPAIR/REPLACEMENT OF LT CABLE, MCCBs, GOD AND CONNECTED ACCESSORIES OF WEST SIDE AREA UNDER GE (EAST) AGRA

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil n.exc 1.5m wide and n. exc 1.5m depth for laying of cable, errection of poles, stay and pipe line,and getting out complete all as specified and directed

Returning & filling including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers n. exc 25 cm thick in soft/loose of soil complete all as specified.

Removal of excavated soil to a distance n. exc 50 m above the starting point complete all as specified.

Re-laying of old serviceable bricks as in cable protection cover, laid flat and dry in trenches over the cable length of brick laid prependicular to the direction of cable complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Old serviceable bricks obtained from item here-in-before shall be used under this item.

M&L for local sand coushioning with dry and clean over and under the cable for protection of cable , 80 mm sand laid before laying the cable 150 mm sand after laying the cable and filling the sand in cable duct of inside the sub station building complete all as specified and as directed.

(a) DWC pipe (6mtr length) of 63 mm of outer dia and 50 mm inner dia

(b) DWC pipe (6mtr length) of 120 mm of outer dia and 102.5 mm inner dia

Taking out old serviceable/unserviceable LT UG cables of size 10 to 70 Sq mm 3.5/4 Core from trenches, poles/walls/ducts and floor including taking out old unserviceable/serviceable bricks covers/GI pipe of any size from trenches for removing or re-laying (after necessary repair/jointing) the cable complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out old serviceable/unserviceable LT/HT UG cables of size 95 to 400 Sq mm 3/3.5/4 Core from trenches, poles/walls/ducts and floor including taking out old unserviceable/serviceable bricks covers/GI pipe of any size from trenches for removing or re-laying (after necessary repair/jointing) the cable complete all as specified and as directed.
