Providing Security Infrastructure for Deployment of Security Personnel in VOC Port

Supply and Fixing of fabricated Portable Security cabin of size 6' x 4' and a height of 7' (feet) with MS main frame filled with cement fibre panel for interior and Aluminium Composit panel for exterior and vinyl flooring including provision of two-side fixed glass panel, one side openable window, entry door, working table,storing place, provision of LED light-1nos and 6A socket-2nos etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying the structural steel, MS Flats, Square Rods, Angles, Channels etc., for vertical members / bracing /stiffeners / Base plates or for any other usage as a structural member, fabricating, welding and erecting the frame work in position at the locations shown in the drawing including all labour, materials, conveyance, tools & plants, etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers (Note : 1. While fabricating, necessary holes and bolt & nut shall be provided at no extra cost in the structural members. 2. In case, the specified MS section is not available in the market,the nearest alternative section may be used after approval of the Engineer).

Supply & Fixing of Traffic Barricades to a size of 3.60m x 1.20m made up of 80 x 40mm MS square pipe of 3mm thick for alround frame/struts/horizontal and vertical supports, ISMC 100 x 50 of 5mm thick for Base support, 25mm MS square pipe @ 100mm spacing for intermediate vertical supports, Name board of of size 2.00m x 0.30m made up of 2mm thick MS sheet, Retro-reflective stickers for name board including cut out letters and alround frame on (Both sides) including one coat steel primer and two coat of synthetic enamel paint of approvedcolour and quality. Cost inclusive of all materials, labours, cutting, welding, fixing, conveyance, tools & plants etc, complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Earthwork excavation in trenches for foundation in sand and other loose soils not exceeding 1.50m in width and including dressing of sides and ramming of bottom lift upto 1.50m including getting out of the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed within alead of 50m and lift of 1.50m, cost including shuttering, strutting, bailing out seepage of water wherever necessary etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and laying Plain Cement Concrete 1:1.5:3 (One part of cement, One and a halfparts of M. Sand (Crushed Stone Sand) & Three Parts of graded stone aggregate (i.e.) 2 parts of 20mm nominal size graded metal &1 part of 10mm nominal size graded metal) for RCCworks using 20 mm nominal size graded metal including mixing, laying, levelling, consolidation, finishing and curing etc.,complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers

Applying One coat of Red oxide primer over new steel and other metal surfaces including preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil, grease, dirt and other foreign matter and scoured with wire brushes, fine steel wool, scrapers and sand paper etc., complete complying withAISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Painting the steel surfaces with Two coats of Synthetic enamal paint of approved quality (excluding priming coat) on new steel and other metal surfaces with enamel paint, brushing, interior to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter including all materials, labour, brushes, etc.,complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.
