S.40 NCTPS II ES circle EM II Dn SDn III Charges towards Annual Overhauling works in ESP including required Tand P s and consumables etc during AOH period 2025 of Unit I

Amount

I) Charges for overhauling of ESP switchgear and field panels

1) Cleaning of LT bus ducts, bus bars, Incomer, bus coupler, outgoing breakers in ESP A,B,C and D passes, ID fan breakers, CLC and Reactor panels Cleaning ,cable tightness checking and termination and replacement of spares if any.

2) Cleaning of power contactors, checking control circuits, indicating lamps, thermal overload relays, applying lubrication, tightening the power and control cables in CERM, EERM, Shaft support and hopper heater modules in Auxiliary control Panels.

3) Cleaning of power contactors, checking control circuits, indicating lamps, thermal overload relays in 1HD panel, applying lubrication, and tightening the power and control cables in LTMSB panels.

4) Field control cubicle, BAPCON &RAPCON panels cleaning, checking the control circuits , tightening the power and control cables and replacement of spares if any.

II) Charges for overhauling of HVR transformers, Hopper, Support, Shaft Insulator heaters, Thermostats and Rapping motors.

1) HVR Terminal & Marshaling box cleaning, tightness checking and termination, oil top up, silica gel, breather oil replacement and replacement of protective equipment’s if needed.

2) Cleaning of all CERM, EERM, and GDRM rapping motors, motor terminal box tightness checking and termination, cleaning of local start/stop push buttons, observing of any abnormal noise.

3) Cleaning of all heaters (Hopper support, Shaft Insulator heaters), Thermostats and its junction boxes, checking the cable tightness and termination and replacement of heaters if needed.
