Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exc. 1.5m depth and getting out in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25cmin soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5m above the starting point, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and lay dry river sand filling for cable protection with a layer of 8cm deep before laying and 15cm covering above the top edge of cable after laying and punned down to a thickness of 18 cm, complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Punned thickness shall be measured and paid.

Dismentling / taking out old un-serviceable bricks from the trench for taking out old cables etc. Staking aside for reuse or disposal, complete all as specified and as directed.

Laying only serviceable bricks for protection of cable obtained during excavation , complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Serviceable bricks obtained from item No 5 here-in-before shall be reused.

M&L for Fly Ash bricks locally available of size 23 x 11 x 7 cm laid dry width wise across the line of cable in trenches for protection of UG cable, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling/taking out carefully of old LT cable of any size type or core and kept aside for reuse / rerouting / jointing / replacement etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 80 mm bore GI tubing Light grade ISI marked for protection of cable including necessary joint, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair's 40 mm bore GI tubing Light grade ISI marked for protection of cable including necessary joint, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling existing Steel poles/PCC Pole/ struts, any size carefully for reuse including necessary excavation demolition of concrete transportation cost etc. and removing the old unserviceable rubbish etc , complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 11 here-in-before but PCC Pole , complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron/MS base plate , finial taper plug , bolts , nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-31 , 9 meter long complete including PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in foundation and copying with PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate), complete all as specified & as directed. Note: PCC anti climbing device, cross arms insulator, ACSR conductor and earth work measure and paid separately.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanized steel plate electrodes of size 600mm x 600mm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground with earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below normal ground level with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level connected to galvanized iron strip of 32 mm x 6mm earth lead by means of nuts bolts check nuts GI washers earth wire protected by galvanized iron pipe 40 mm bore (light grade) including concrete pit in PCC (1:3:6) type CI, precast RCC cover slab of size 30x30x10 cm with one handle for lifting made out of 8 mm dia MS bar funnel wire mesh 20 mm bore galvanized iron pipe (medium grade) for watering charcoal or coke and salt in alternate layers necessary earth work in soft/loose soil complete all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR part 1 testing on completion including demolition to existing one complete, complete all as specified and as directed.
