Dismantling of existing transformer connection including careful removal and tagging of power cables, control cables, earthing leads and all other accessories from the transformer body, ensuring no damage to terminals and bushings and no oil leakage. All dismantled items to be safely secured for reuse.

Lowering of existing transformer (upto 630 kVA) from its plinth using appropriate lifting equipment (e.g., crane, chain pulley block) after ensuring proper support and load distribution. Includes temporary shifting to a safe location within premises

Temporary charging and energization of transformer at alternate location as per instruction of EIC for operational continuity during civil works. Includes reconnection of essential power cables, grounding and functional testing.

Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. In cement mortar

Clearing grass and removal of the rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, for all lift, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarses and (zone-III) derived from natural sources :8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fllets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement: 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. Thermo-Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete.

Reinstallation and alignment of the transformer over new foundation using crane/lifting mechanism, including providing and fixing of anti-vibration pads, reconnection of cables, earthing.

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. In gratings, frames, guardbar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works (including 1 metre gate, support for shed etc)

Supplying and erection of three piece nonlinear resistor type lightning arrestor suitable for 3 wire, 11 KV overhead lines with rated voltage 9 KV (rms) with a nominal discharge current rating of 5 KA and complete with galvanised clamping arrangement, G.I. bolts, nuts, washers etc. as required.

Applying priming coating: With ready mixed red oxide zinc chromate primer of approved brand and manufacture on steel galvanised iron/ steel works

Supply of three pole heavy duty 11KV 400A isolator of horizontal type with all acessories

Supply and embedding of GI pipe of size 40mm 3 mtrs long and Back filling with BFC compound (25kg x 3 bags for each pit), charcoal free from boulders.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required

Surface dressing of the ground including removing vegetation and inequalities not exceeding 15 cm deep and disposal of rubbish, lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m.

Supplying and making outdoor cable end termination with heat shrinkable jointing kit complete with all accessories including lugs suitable for following size of 3 core, XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 11 KV grade as required : 70 sq. mm

Providing and fixing concertina coil fencing with punched tape concertina coil 600 mm dia 10 metre openable length ( total length 90 m), having 50 nos rounds per 6 metre length, upto 3 m height of wall with existing angle iron ‘Y’ shaped placed 2.4 m or 3.00 m apart and with 9 horizontal R.B.T. reinforced barbed wire, stud tied with G.I. staples and G.I. clips to retain horizontal, including necessary bolts or G.I. barbed wire tied to angle iron, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge, with reinforced barbed tape(R.B.T.) / Spring core (2.5 mm thick) wire of high tensile strength of 165 kg/ sq mm with tape (0.52 mm thick) and weight 43.478 gm/ metre (cost of M.S. angle, C.C. blocks shall be paid separately)

12 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand)

Dismantling of over head lines comprising of copper/ aluminium over head conductor, G.I. wire, cross arms, insulators etc. as required

Erection of all aluminium conductor of 7/1.96 mm to 7/3.10 mm diameter including binding etc. as required

Supply of GI wire no 8 for cradling purpose

Erection of G.I. Wire No. 8 SWG including binding etc. as required.

Supply, laying and uniform spreading of gravels compacted to a thickness of around 100mm
