Day to day maintenance of LT OH line and other associated jobs related to LT OH line such as dismantling and erection of pole, OH conductors, Light fittings etc. for a period of 01 year (365 days) at Balram OCP, Hingula Area.

Erection of metallic pole of following length in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) foundation including excavation and refilling etc. as required.(Above 13.00 metre and upto 16.00 metre)

Erection of metallic pole of following length in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) foundation including excavation and refilling etc. as required.(Above 10.00 metre and upto 12.00 metre)

Erection of metallic pole of following length in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) foundation including excavation and refilling etc. as required.(Above 8.00 metre and upto 10.00 metre)

Dismantling of poles strut embedded in cement concrete foundation etc. required

Erection of all aluminium conductor of 7/1.96 mm to 7/3.10 mm diameter including binding etc. as required.

Dismantling of over head lines comprising of copper/ aluminium over head conductor, G.I. wire, cross arms, etc. as required.

Erection of all aluminium conductor of 7/3.40 mm to 7/4.00 mm diameter and above including binding etc. as required.

Erection of Angle bracket /Channel bracket/ Angle or Channel cross arm on wood /RCC/PCC/steel tubular/Rail pole etc as required.

Supplying of channel iron 75 mm X 40 mm X 6 mm (7.14 kg per metre) cross arm for 4 wire over head line complete with clamps, bolts, nuts and washer etc including drilling of holes for insulator pins etc (as per drawing) and painting with primer and finished paint as required.

Supplying and erection of 100 mm X 110 mm shackle insulator with G. I. Bolt, nuts and straps etc. as required .

Supply and erection of 100mm ×80mm Pin insulator complete with G.I spindle and nuts etc as required.

Segregation/unwinding of AB cable (5 wire system) and Rabbit / Dog conductor for 2 wire LT system as per requirement.

Erection of AB Cable including laying, disconnection and connection of power source from surface area or overhead line with proper socketing and taping.

Dismantling of AB Cable including Bundling, disconnection and connection of power source from surface area or overhead line.

Erection of PVC Cable/ service wire (from 4 sq. mm to 10 sq. mm) including laying, disconnection and connection of power source from surface area or overhead line with proper socketing and taping.

Dismantling of PVC Cable/ service wire (from 4 sq. mm to 10 sq. mm) including Bundling, disconnection and connection of power source from surface area or overhead line.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long , 40mm dia including accessories and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/coke and salt as required.

Supplying and erection of stay set complete (galvanised) with 19/20 mm dia X 1.8 metres long stay rod, anchor plate of size 45 cm X 45 cm X 7.5 mm, thimble, stay clamps, bow tightener, 7/ 3.15 mm dia G.I. stay wire and strain insulator etc in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size ) foundation including excavation and refilling etc. as required.

Erection of light fittings (250/400/1050Watt) or LED Lights on Pole/top of roof / any metallic or nonmetallic structure along with loading and unloading.

Dismantling of light fittings (250/400/1050Watt) or LED Lights on Pole/top roof / any metallic or nonmetallic structure along with loading and unloading.

Supply & making of G.I. net cradle guard and its erection with fabrication of its steel materials (for 55m to 60m long span)

Supply and fixing of Nut & Bolts with washer of suitable size for different types of light fittings

Cutting and trimming of tree branches under the overhead lines and bush cutting /cleaning of pole base /transformer base etc. as required for new installation.

Loading and unloading of materials from different stores to workshop and vice-versa , Workshop to worksite and vice-versa etc.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing masonry open duct as required- upto 35 sq. Mm.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing masonry open duct as required- above 35 sq. Mm. and upto 95 sq. Mm.

Supply of manpower (2 skilled & 2 unskilled) on daily basis for miscellaneous LT works such as:- (a)Shifting of Lighting Tower (up to 9mtr) with recovery and fixing of lights as required including disconnect and connection of AB cable/service wire with proper socketing. (b)Shifting of Lighting Transformer with stand along with disconnect and connect of power cable from primary &secondary side of transformer, field switch, overhead pole etc. as required. (c)Shifting of Diesel Generator (DG) with stand along with disconnect and connection of AB cable /service wire with proper socketing. (d) other miscellaneous works like jumpering , attending fault , maintenance of DO fuse ,loading n unloading of diesel and topup in DG placed at different loctions at mines, shifting of other materials like cable drum , oil drum etc.

Total impact of GST plus Labour Cess [@ 1 % (BOCW Cess to be deducted from the RA bill as per the value of the work progress)] for the purpose of CTC
