Providing and fixing 0.60 mm thick prepainted steel sheet in roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster (RNP) organic coating of 20microns over 5 microns primer coating to back coat of polyster of 5 microns over 5 microns primer coating i/c fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks bolts and nuts 6mm dia metre with prepainted limpet and rubber washers complete with all accesoriees as required as per the direction of engineer - in - charge.

Providing and fixing ridges or hips 60cm overall with 0.60mm thick prepainted steel sheet in roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheets with top coat of regular modified polyster organic coating of 20 microns over 5 microns primer coating plus back coat of polyster of 5 microns over 5 microns primer coating including fixing with screws prepainted iron J or L hooks , bolts and nuts 6mm diameter with prepainted GI limpet and bitumen washers complete with all accesoriees as required complete including all leads and lifts as per direction of the Engineer - in - Charge.

Providing and fixing valley 60cm over all with 0.60 mm thick prepainted steel sheet inroofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster organic coating of back coat of polyster 5 microns over 5 microns primer coating including fixing with screws prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm diameter with prepainted GI limpet and bitumen washers complete with all accesoriees as required complete including all leads and lifts as per direction of the Engineer - in - Charge.

Providing and fixing MS BP sheet 2.00 mm thick in eves board / facial/ soffits / ceiling including cutting fixing and welding to steel riif menbers and applying a coat of red lead primer complete as per the instruction of Engineer - in - Charge ( basec menbers of steel work shall be measured and paid separately).

Brick work using common burnt clay 2nd classbuilding bricks in superstructure above plinth level up to all floor level in cement mortat 1:6 (1cement, 6 sand) in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

15mm thick cement plaster in single coat on the rough side of brick / concrete /stone walls for interior plastering upto floor two level including arises internal rounded angles chamfers and /or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth finished even and smooth in cement 1:6 (1cement: 6sand) including all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge

15mm thick cement plaster in single coat on the fair side of brick / concrete /stone walls for interior plastering upto floor two level including arises internal rounded angles chamfers and /or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth finished even and smooth in cement 1:6 (1cement: 6sand) including all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge

Providing and fixing panelled glazed or panelled and glazed shutters for doors windows and clerestory windows In 2nd class deodar wood with double glass for both openable shutter and fixed portion with necessary beading as per architect drawings. Including black enamelled iron butt hinges with necessary screws. With 35mm thick upto all floor level including all leads and lifts of materials or as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing oxidized anodized Aluminium . sliding door bolts with nuts and screws etc. complete upto all floor level including all leads and lifts of materials or as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. (a) 300x16mm

Providing and fixing anodized Aluminium tower bolts (barrel type) with necessary screws etc.complete upto all floor level including all leads and lifts of materials or as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. (a) 250x10mm

Providing and fixing anodized Aluminium handles with necessary screws complete upto all floor level including all leads and lifts of materials or as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. (a) 123mm

Supplying and fixing glass panes with putty and nails including removal of broken glass panes wherever necessary:-Plain Glass: 4mm thick. including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge

Applying Birla white wall care putty over plaster surface after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar drops, dust, loose materials and other foreign matters sand papered smooth to give final matter finish to the surface complete upto all floor level including all leads and lifts of materials or as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Distempering (two coats) with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surfaces to give an even shade over and including a priming coat with distemper primer of approved brand and manufacture after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and also including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth. Providing and Laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacture) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622 of approved make, in all color and shades, in skirting, riser of steps, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg / sqm including grouting the joint with white cement & matching pigments etc. complete. 600mm x 600 mm

Applying priming coat over new steel and other metal based surface after and including preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil, grease, dirt and other foreign matter sand papering and knotting with ready mixed paint brushing wood primer pink with. all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in- charge.

Painting two coats excluding priming coat on wood and other metal surface under coat with ready mixed paint brushing to give an even shade including cleaning the surface all dirt, dust and other foreign matter with enameled paint including in with ready mixed paint other than white with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in- charge.

Earthwork in excavation for structures as per drawing and technical specifications Clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal upto a lead of 50 m, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable material including all leads and lifts as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. (Ordinary Soil)

Providing and Laying concrete for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundations complete as per drawing and technical specification clauses 802, 803, 1202 and 1203 including all leads and lifts as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. 1:4:8

Provding and weapholes in brick masonry/stone masnory, plin RCC abutment, B/wall, R/wall with 100 mm dia PVC pipe extending throufh the full width of the slopes of 1.20 towards drawing free complete as per drawing and T/S classes 614,709,1204.3.7 i/c all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing Expended metal welded mesh 25 mm x x25mm x 5 mm in thick as as per approved design by weld ding with electrical plant complete i/c applying primer coat of red wood paint as per HP, PWD specification 1990 Vol-I
