Flooring with Polished Shabad/Tandur blue Slabas 15 to 18 mm thick (0.457M x 0.457M) set over a base coat of CM (1:8), 12mm thick (joints of stone must be flushed) over C.C. bed already laid or R.C.C. roof slab only after it is properly cured, cleaned, moistered and where necessary treated with neat grey cement slurry of honey like consistency spred at3.3 kgs of cement for 1 sqm. and jointed with neat cement paste to full depth, including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, water, flooring stones etc. to site, sales and other taxes on all materials, all operational, incidental and labour charges such as dressing of flooring stones to the required sizes, mixing of cement mortar, laying, jointing, curing, lift charges etc., complete but excluding seigniorage charges for finished item of work.(APSS No.703 & 701)

Providing skirting to internal walls 12.5 Cm high withPolished Shabad/Tandur blue Slabas 15 to 18 mm thick (0.457M x 0.457M) with length equal to flooring stones set over a base coat of CM (1:3) using 12mm thick with cement slurry of honey like consistency spread @ 3.3 Kgs per sqm and jointed with neat cement paste mixed with pigment of matching shade to full depth (joints of stone should be flushed), including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, water, flooring stones etc. to site, sales and other taxes on all materials, all operational, incidental and labour charges such as dressing of flooring stones to the required sizes, mixing of cement mortar, laying, jointing, curing, lift charges etc., complete but excluding seigniorage charges for finished item of work.(APSS No.701 & 707)

Supply and fixing of Sal Wood Door frame and double shutter of size 1.20 X 2.10mts including fixing of 6 Nos of M.S. Hold fasts, 6 Nos. of 125mm long Mild steel (PC) Butt Hinges, 2 Nos. of 200mm long Alluminium Tower Bolts, 2 Nos. of 150mm long Alluminium Door Handles, 1No of 300mm long Alluminium Aldrop and 1 No of Door Stopper including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc., complete.

Supply and fixing of Window size 1.50 x 1.35 mt with sal wood frame of size 100x65mm with vertical mullions dividing the frame into 3 vertical panels @ 1/3 rd &2/3 and shutter with Salwood consists of styles & rails of size 30X75 mm. The window frame should be provided with 12mm dia MS Rods plain including cost of MSZ hold fasts 4nos, of 300X40X5mm size and cost of butt hinges MS (powder coated ) of 125mm long as per IS 208-4nos. (i.e., 2No. per each shutter ) including labour charges for fixing frame & shutters in position, applying a coat of tar on frame on wall side including cost & conveyance of all materials to site, . etc., complete.
