Supply and erecting pre-stressed concrete poles 11 mtr long of cross section (152mmx152mm)at bottom, class-9 complying with requirements of IS-1678-1978 embedded in PCC foundation and coping, including applying two coats of cement base paint on PCC coping complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: (i) PCC and earth work shall be measured and paid for separately (ii) PCC pole shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item of this BOQ in supply only. (iii) The T&P vehicles will be arranged by the contractor for transporting the pole from AGE(E/M) Elect store yard to site of work and the cost deemed to be included in the quoted rates. complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge

Material and Labour Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one prime coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint complete all as specified and directed. Note : The rate of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint is included in this item. The payment shall be made as per actual weight of material. During weighting the weight of paint and primer shall not be considered for payment purpose. nothing shall be extra paid on this account.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 meter wide and not exceeding 1.5 meter but not exceeding 3.0 meter in depth, for foundation, etc. or shafts, wells, cess pits, manholes, pier holes, etc area not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5m in depth and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, approved soft/loose soil, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm thick complete all specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for sand cushioning using clean Fine River sand for underground cable 8 cm before laying cable and 15 cm after laying and punned to 18 cm after laying of cable complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- Punned thickness shall be considered for payment purpose)

Supply and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HVP, type 2 with peak size 450mm x 180mm x 40mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying Best quality, locally available, sub class 'B' designation 75 clay brick (Old size) for cable protection cover, laid flat and dry in trenches over the cable, perpendicular to the direction of cable complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for making the hole under road and hard standing for laying Galvanised steel light grade pipe upto 100 mm dia including all fittings as required at site by mechanical drill system or Auger system and making the surface good as per existing surface completed all as specified and directed. Note : The rate of Galvanised steel light grade pipe of size 100 mm dia is included in this item and shall not to be paid extra.

Supply and fixing cable jointing kit for 11KV grade cable for indoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each not exceeding 0.5 Cum getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth around in layers n.exc 25 cm thick, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n. exc 50 mtr and making good surfaces in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

M & L cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm broken aggregate as in boundary pillars, posts (including caps and bases) complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F mild steel work as in post and struts in fencing including cutting tops in shape as directed drilling holes, notching for wire etc. etc, flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including drilling, bolting or riveting, etc, and similar work conforming to Fe -290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F galvanished, 2 strands, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacing and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolt including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire staples or steel pins etc complete all as specified and as directed.(each line wire to be measured for payment puprpose).

M & L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint on steel surface of any description over a coat of red oxide over 10 cm width or girth not otherwise described including preparation of surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only mild steel galvanised chain link fencing of mesh size 100 x 100 mm and dia of wire as 10 gauge etc completed all as specified and directed. Note:- The weight of the chain link fencing shall be ascertained by the board ordered by the GE.

M & L for preparation of new steel and iron surface of any discription and applying 2 coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide prime surface of any description, not exc 10 cm in width or girth when unconnected with other painting or when painted in a diffrent tint complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing framed work as in doors or gate of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging ; also fastening and fixing complete all as specified and directed.

M &L for hardcore broken stone/boulders of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 100 mm thick cemtent concrete type D-2,(1:4:8) using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base complete finished even & rough all as specified and directed.

M & L for sand cushion (25mm thick) filling under floors or in foundation including watering and consoilsated all as specified and directed.

M & L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block with grey cement and pigment any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to be more than 5mm ) including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Cement Concrete (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in copings, packing around interlocking paver blocks complete all as specified and directed.

Shifting of transformer up to 315 KVA capacity from pole/site of installation of any description/ any position and shifting to site of installation distance up to 15 km including fixing on 2/4 pole structure or on plinth and connecting with HT/LT side of existing system and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- (i) The contract sum shall be calculated by deducting the amount shown in Credit Schedule attached to this tender from total amount of Schedule 'A'/BOQ.
