Construction of 132KV Bisauli - Asaf Pur TSS Feeder Bay including Extension of Switchyard and Providing of Periphery Lighting Arrangement in Extended Switchyard alongwith other associated Works at 132KV Sub Station Bisauli, with all Cost of Men, Materials, Misc. Consumables, T&Ps etc. Required for Satisfactory Completion of the Work as per Technical Specifications and Direction of the Supervising Engineer as per Site Requirement and Details below : (A) Construction of 132KV Feeder Bay (1) Supply of Bolted type Single Tension Fitting Assembly, suitable for Single ACSR Moose Conductor & 132KV Disc Insulator String comprising of 10 No. 70 KN Disc Insulators, complete with Hardware Fittings, D-Shackle, Socket Eye, Ball Hook, Tension Clamp etc., as per Sample.
(2) Supply of Bolted type Single Tension Fitting Assembly, suitable for Single ACSR Panther Conductor & 132KV Disc Insulator String comprising of 10 No. 70 KN Disc Insulators, complete with Hardware Fittings, D-Shackle, Socket Eye, Ball Hook, Tension Clamp etc., as per Sample.
(3) Supply of PG Clamp duly made of LM-6 Aluminium Alloy, suitable for ACSR Moose to ACSR Moose Conductor, complete with 4 No. 16×90 mm size HDG Bolts, Nuts, Spring & Plain Washers, as per Technical Specifications & Sample.
(4) Supply of PG Clamp duly made of LM-6 Aluminium Alloy, suitable for ACSR Moose to ACSR Panther Conductor complete with 4 No. 16 × 90 mm size G.I. Bolts, Nuts, Spring & Plain Washers, as per Sample.
(5) Supply of PG Clamp duly made of LM-6 Aluminium Alloy, suitable for ACSR Panther to ACSR Panther Conductor complete with 3 No. 16 × 75 mm size G.I. Bolts, Nuts, Spring & Plain Washers, as per Sample.
(6) Supply of 132KV Post Insulator Clamp duly Made of LM-6 Aluminium Alloy, suitable for 132KV Post Insulator & Single ACSR Panther Conductor, complete with G.I. Bolts, Nuts, Spring & Plain Washers, as per Sample.
(7) Transportation of Galvanized Sub Station Structures from EFU Naini, Prayagraj to 132KV Sub Station Bisauli, Budaun (Approx. Distance 620 Km) : (a) Sorting, Weighing & Loading of Galvanized Sub Station Structures on Private Trucks to be Arranged by the Contractor at EFU Naini, Prayagraj
(b) Safe Transportation of Galvanized Sub Station Structures by Private Trucks duly Arranged by the Contractor from EFU Naini, Prayagraj to 132KV Sub Station Bissauli, Budaun including Toll Charges. (1 Job per Truck)
(c) Unloading of Galvanized Sub Station Structures from the Trucks, then Sorting & Proper Stacking of same at Safe Storage Place at the Sub Station.
(8) Laying of Earth Mat in the Extended Switchyard of the Sub Station alongwith Connecting the newly Laid Earth Mat with Existing Earth Mat as per Details below : (a) Fabrication of 3 Meter Long Electrode with 40 mm dia. M.S. Round Bar having 150 mm Long Conical Shape by due Cutting, Straightening etc. and then Piercing it Vertically, Inside the Ground with Top 700 mm below the Ground Level including Shifting of M.S. Round Bar from Storage Place at the Sub Station to Switchyard.
(b) Laying of 40 mm dia. M.S. Round Bar, 700 mm below the Ground Level by due Cutting, Straightening, Welding, Painting, Excavation of Trench, Back Filling of Trench after Laying of Earth Mat including Shifting of M.S. Round Bar from Storage Place at the Sub Station to Switchyard.
(c) Making of 150 mm Long Lap Joint of above Laid 40 mm dia. Round Bar by due Cutting, Straightening, Welding etc.
(d) Making of 150 mm Long Lap Joint of above Laid 40 mm dia. Round Bar to Connect with Existing Earth Mat of the Sub Station by due Cutting, Straightening Welding etc.
(e) Making of Cross Joint of above Laid 40 mm dia. M.S. Round Bar, 700 mm below the Ground Level by due Welding at all 4 Corners including Providing & Welding of suitable size 2 No. M.S. Angle Pieces on Opposite Corners of the Cross Joint.
(f) Making of End Joint of above Laid 40 mm dia. M.S. Round Bar with Top of the already Vertically Pierced M.S. Electrodes, 700 mm below the Ground Level by due Welding.
(9) Erection of Lattice type Main & Aux. Structures including their Shifting from Storage Place at the Sub Station to Erection Site.
(10) Laying & Stringing of 132KV 3 Main Bus Bar & Transfer Bus Bar including Hoisting of Disc Insulator Strings, Tension Fittings etc. alongwith Shifting of the Conductors / Materials from Storage Place at the Sub Station to Erection Site as per Details below : (a) Stringing of 132KV 3 Main Bus Bar of Single ACSR Moose Conductor. (1 Job for each Phase of Bus Bar per Section)
(b) Stringing of 132KV 3 Transfer Bus Bar of Single ACSR Panther Conductor. (1 Job for each Phase of Bus Bar per Section)
(11) Erection of Following Equipments including their Shifting from Storage Place at the Sub Station to Erection Site : (a) 132KV SF6 C.B.
(b) 132KV C.T.
(c) 132KV P.T.
(d) 132KV L.A.
(e) 132KV Bus Isolator with associated PIs
(f) 132KV Line Isolator with associated Earth Blades & PIs

(12) Jumpering of Equipments of 132KV Feeder Bay with the help of ACSR Panther Conductor to Connect the Bus Bar Conductors of 132KV Main Bus & 132KV Transfer Bus with Equipments and Equipments to Equipments with the help of suitable Clamps / Connectors including, Cutting, Bending, Shaping etc. of the Conductor as per Site Requirement.
(13) Providing & Laying of Following sizes G.I. Pipes from C.T. / P.T. Junction Boxes in Switchyard to Metering Cubical Box in Control Room for Laying of Control Cables through G.I. Pipes as per site Requirement alongwith associated Work such as Cutting, Making, Threads for Fitting of Sockets, Elbows, Dressing etc. with due Earthing of Laid G.I. Pipe at each end : (a) 2" dia. G.I. Pipe
(b) 1" dia. G.I. Pipe
(14) Laying of Following sizes Control Cables in Cable Trenches from Control & Relay Panels in Control Room to various Equipments, Junctions Boxes etc. in Switchyard as per Cable Schedule including Shifting of Cables in Drums from Storage Place at the Sub Station to Erection Site and Shifting Back the Balance Cables to Stores at the Sub Station : (a) 2C x 2.5 mm2
(b) 4C x 2.5 mm2
(c) 6C x 2.5 mm2
(15) Termination of various sizes above Laid Control Cables Extending D.C. Supply from DCDB and A.C. Supply from ACDB to Control Panels & Equipments including Drilling of Holes, Providing & Fixing of Cable Glands, Ferrules & Crimping type Lugs.
(16) Making of Shielding Mesh for 132KV LAs by Fabrication of 3 Meter Long Electrodes with 36 mm dia. M.S. Rod Bar having 150 mm long Conical Shape and then its Piercing Vertically in the Ground with Top 500 mm below Ground Level, Jointing the Electrodes with 75 × 10 mm size M.S. Flat by Welding for making of Mesh, Connecting the Shielding Mesh with Main Earth Mat at 2 Places and finally, Painting of the Shielding Mesh / Earthing Strips with Anti-Corrosive Paint, with due Digging of Earth / Trench & its Back Filling.
(17) Earthing by Cutting, Straightening & Laying 500 mm below Inside Ground & above Ground of following sizes M.S. Flats for Diagonal / Double Earthing of the Main & Aux. Structures, Equipments and Cable Trenches including Welding with Main Earth Mat and with the Object to be Earthed including Excavation of Trenches & its Back Filling etc. as per Details below : (a) Earthing of LAs with 75 × 10 mm size M.S. Flat.
(b) Earthing of Main & Aux. Structures and Equipments (CB, Isolators, CTs, PTs, C&R Panel, DPP, Junction Boxes etc. with 50 × 6 mm size M.S. Flat.
(c) Earthing of Cable Trench with 25 mm × 6 mm / 25 × 5 mm size M.S. Flat
(18) Painting of M.S. Earthing Strips by Rubbing with Sand Paper & Wire Brush, then Painting with 1 Coat of Red Oxide Primer & 2 Coats (The 2nd Coat of Paint shall be Applied at the Gap of 48 hrs. when 1st Coat of Paint is done & Checked by concerned J.E. / S.D.O.) of 1st Quality Synthetic Enamel Paint of Asian / Berger / Nerolac make in Bus Green Colour as per Details below : (a) 75 × 10 mm size M.S. Earthing Strip in Bus Green Colour.
(b) 50 × 6 mm size M.S. Earthing Strip in Bus Green Colour.
(c) 25 × 6 mm / 25 × 5 mm size M.S. Earthing Strip in Bus Green Colour.
(19) Providing of 3 Phase L.T. A.C. Supply Cubical of size 1200 × 600 × 500 mm with Hinged Door and Proper Locking Arrangement duly made of 16 SWG M.S. Sheet and Painted with Grey Colour Synthetic Enamel Paint. The L.T. A.C. Supply Cubical should be Fitted with 3 No. 100 Amp. Copper Neutral Link, 4 No. 100 Amp. Aluminum Bus Bar (3 Phase + Neutral), 5 No. 32 Amp. TPN MCB, 6 No. 40 Amp. DP MCB, 40 No. Link type Terminal Bock, Cable Glands etc. with Internal Wiring and then Installation on M.S. Angle Frame Structure duly Grouted in Ground by due Construction of Concrete Plinth.
(20) Earthing of L.T. A.C. Supply Cubical with Providing & Fixing of 600 × 800 × 8 mm size G.I. Plate with its Top At Least 3 Meter below the Ground Level with 20 mm dia. G.I. Pipe & Funnel for Watering, 1 No. 8 SWG G.I. Wire Earthing Lead etc. with Alternate Layer of Charcoal / Coke and Salt At Least 150 mm Thick Around it.
(B) Periphery Lighting Arrangement in Extended Switchyard (1) Providing, Erection & Grouting of M.S. Round Pole of 9 Meter Long duly made of ‘B’ Class M.S. Pipe (114.3 mm dia. × 4.5 mm × 5.0 Meter + 88.9 mm dia. × 3.65 mm × 2.0 Meter + 76.1 mm dia. × 3.25 mm × 2 Meter) with Base Plate by Concreting in the Ratio of 1:4:8 with Cement, Coarse Sand & 40 mm Brick Ballast Mixture in size of 450 × 450 × 1900 mm and Plastering of 300 mm Length of Concrete above the Ground Level including Excavation, Back Filling, Curing etc. alongwith Earthing of the Pole with M.S. Electrode.
(2) Providing of Junction Box of size 280 × 225 × 150 mm duly made of 16 SWG Sheet and Painted with Smoke Grey Colour Synthetic Enamel Paint and Fitted with 1 No. 6 Amp. SP MCB on Anodized M.S. Channel, 1 No. Bakelite Fuse Fitting with 6 Amp. NS 6 type HRC Fuse, 1 No. Copper Neutral Link, Bakelite Terminal Block of 4 Terminals, Cable Glands suitable for 2C / 4C × 2.5 mm2 size Incoming / Outgoing Control Cables etc., then Installation of Junction Box on M.S. Round Pole at designated Height with the help of suitable M.S. Clamps alongwith Earthing of the Junction Box with 12 SWG G.I. Wire including Cable Terminations with Satisfactory Testing & Commissioning.
(3) Providing & Grouting of G.I. Pipe duly made of 35 mm dia. 2.5 Meter Long ‘B’ Class Pipe and Bent at One End by Quarter Circle in 0.5 Meter through Concrete Plinth for Safe Entry of Cables in the Junction Box duly installed on M.S. Round Pole.
(4) Providing & Fixing of G.I. S.L. Pole Bracket duly made of 40 mm dia. 1.2 Meter Long ‘B’ Class Pipe and Bent at One End by Quarter Circle in 1.0 Meter at an Angle of 300 for Fixing of 125 Watt LED Street Light Luminaries Fittings on M.S. Round Pole with help of M.S. Clamps.
(5) Providing & Fixing of 150 Watt L.E.D. Street Light Luminaries Fittings of Philips / Compton Greaves / Havells make in Single Piece Die Cast Aluminium Alloy Housing with Pot Optics Reflector & Toughened Clear Glass Cover with Frame for Lamp Compartment inlcuding Cable Terminations.
(6) Painting of M.S. Round Pole with 1 Coat of Red Oxide Primer and 2 Coats of Zinc Rich Aluminium Paint of 1st Quality of Asian / Nerolac / Burger. (1 Job per Pole)
(7) Making of 3 No. Strips of 50 mm width at the Height of 450 mm from the Plinth with P.O. Red Colour in Botton & Top Strips and with White Colour in Middle Strip on each M.S. Round Pole, then Making of 150 mm dia. Circle and Writing the No. of the Pole in the Circle. (1 Job per Pole)
(8) Laying 3½ × 70 / 50 mm2 LT Power Cable, 50 cm below the Ground Level after Excavation of Trench, Laying the 1st Class Brick Lining, Filling of River Sand Along & Over the Cable, then Back Filling & Leveling the Trench after Laying of Cable. The Work also includes Termination of Cable on both sides with Crimping of Lugs.
(9) Laying of 2C × 2.5 mm2 / 4C × 2.5 mm2 sizes Control Cables from L.T. A.C.D.B. Cubical to various Junction Boxes for Switchyard Lighting through Excavated Trench of size 300 × 600 mm, Covering the Cables with River Sand & Brick Lining Along & Over the Cable, then Back Filling & Leveling of the Trench after Laying of Cables.
(10) Laying of above Control Cables form L.T. Lighting Junction Box to LED Street Light Fittings through inside the M.S. Pole and outside the Pole by Clamping with suitable M.S. Strip Clamp with Proper Dressing etc.
(11) Providing & Fixing of Cable Marker duly made of Cast Iron.
