1) Repair by impregnation of 40 HP motors of pumping unit no. 1 & 2 installed at LIS Dhakkar. The job involves disconnecting the electrical connections from the main supply and disassembling the motor by unfastening the foundation nuts and bolts and also decoupling from the pump and Then complete disassembling of the motor involves extraction of rotor from stator followed by cleaning of stator and rotor using compressed air, organic solvent, CCL4 etc. to remove the dust particles /silt etc. Varnishing the rotor and stator with Dr. Beck compound or equivalent make of varnish in two coats, drying by hot air process. Then heat treatment of stator and rotor in electric oven for attaining moisture free status. Thereafter checking the IR value using megger meter. Greasing of the bearings properly. Assembling of the motor. The job also includes cleaning of aluminum and copper cable by using PF solvent to make it moisture and silt free. Providing/fitting of thimbles as per sample which includes crimping. Refitting the motor at its installed position and coupling with pump, making of electrical connections, alignment with pump testing of motor on full load. Complete job includes the cost of material, hiring charges of tools & tackles, to and fro transportation charges from LIS to workshop. Also, labour charges for skilled and semiskilled labour to be employed at site for execution of job including the out-station charges etc. Complete job. 2) Repair by vacuum impregnation of 250 KVA voltage stabilizer at LIS Dhakkar. The job involves disconnecting of the Voltage stabilizer from the main power supply (Incoming and Outgoing cables). Shifting voltage stabilizer from LIS to vehicle and then loading the voltage stabilizer in the vehicle by using crane and suitable tools and tackle and shifting the voltage stabilizer to workshop. Opening and removing of the panel, loosening /disassembling of the top cover, nut and bolts. Lifting of inside transformer assembly with the chain pulley block for extraction of the complete unit. Then clean and dry out all components. Thereafter disassembling of the core assembly and extraction of the all burnt copper wire with the help of manual labour and suitable tools/tackles. Rewinding of copper wire of the superior quality and then complete insulating and varnishing of coils. This includes removing mud, debries and water from internal parts. Replacement of the 420 litre T.oil with moisture free T. oil in stabilizer by draining old T-oil out of the tank. Lowering of complete unit in tank after p/f of shock proof gasket and body after proper heat treatment for moisture free status with nuts/bolts after proper heat treatment . Replacement of Voltmeter(no.1), Ammeter(no.1), selector switches, indicator lamps, busbars, internal copper wiring. Shifting the voltage stabilizer to LIS and unloading of the voltage stabilizer at site by using crane Connecting power cables by p/f of new thimbles of the requisite capacity and testing on load. Complete job includes the cost of material, labour charges, transportation charges, hiring charges of tools / tackles required at site. 3)Cleaning of 40HP LT Control Panel/FASD starter of all pumping units and mud/silt from the pump room at LIS Dhakkar. The job includes testing/inspection of all electrical components, dismantling of damaged parts, cleaning the contactors with electrical contact cleaner spray, drying, and servicing of reusable components relays, timers, push buttons, MCCBs, indicating lamps, CTs, wiring, bus bars, and insulation materials. All terminals and connections will be tightened, insulation resistance will be tested, and proper earthing will be ensured. Complete job includes the cost of material, labour charges, transportation charges, hiring charges of tools / tackles required at site.
