Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars,etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles etc all as directed

Brick work with Sub class `B' bricks (old size) straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM 1:4 all as specified.

Description all as per item No 2 here in before but except bricks as specified.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone wall incl raking out joints, hacking for key, scurbing down with water etc all as specified.

Rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 finished fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) all as specified.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for all as specified.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling incl cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises all as specified.

M&L 100mm thick Plain Cement concrete Type D-2, 1:4:8 (using 40mm graded aggregate) as in sub-base of floors, path/hardstandings etc, finished even and rough to receive topping layer complete all as specified.

M&L 100mm thick Plain Cement concrete Type B-2, 1:2:4 (using 40mm graded aggregate) as in Sub-bases,floors, pavings & hardstandings etc laid in alternate panel, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L Plain Cement concrete Type B-2, 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded aggregate) as in surface channel and drains etc complete all as specified.

Formwork to sides of concrete foundation, drains and similar work; vertical or batter for rough finished surfaces of concrete conplete all as specified.

M&L for 25 mm thick sand filling under floors or in foundation including watering and consolidation for laying inter locking tiles all as specified.

Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block of any shape and size approved by EIC, ISI marked (IS:15658-2006) 60 mm thick, M-40 grade , in paths and hardstanding,with grey cement and pigment, laid tightly over and joints filled with dry sand. (Colour and pattern as approved by GE) complete all as specified and directed.

Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block of any shape and size approved by EIC, ISI marked (IS:15658-2006) 80 mm thick, M-40 grade , in paths and hardstanding,with grey cement and pigment, laid tightly over and joints filled with dry sand. (Colour and pattern as approved by GE) complete all as specified and directed.

Chequered cement concrete tiles 20cm*20cm*25mm thick,set,jointed and pointed with grey pigment cement and pigment in neat cement slurry in floors incl 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 all as spd and directed.

Cement concrete 1:2:4, type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) for protecting interlocking tiles rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 meter wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr deep and getting out complete in any type of soil all as spd.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipe (salt glazed stone ware) of 150mm internal dia, set in cement mortar including demolition of concrete bed and haunching complete all as directed,

Concrete bed in PCC 1:3:6 type-C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) to drain pipe 150mm bore including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested all as spd and directed.

Salt galzed stone ware drain pipe with internal dia of 150mm bore grade `A' laid in trenches and jointed as spd.

Returning filling in, including spreading, leveling watering and well raming in layers not exceeding 25cms thick complete all as spd and as directed.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50mtrs and depositing where directed at a lvele not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point.
