Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for foundation, etc or not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for shafts, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc and getting out in in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Description same as per Item No.1 but exc 1.5m in depth n.exc 3.00m, complete all specified and as directed.

Excavating over areas, n exc 1.5 m deep and getting out in any type of soil, complete all specified and as directed.

Excavating over areas, exc 1.5 m and n.exe 3.0m deep and getting out in any type of soil, complete all specified and as directed.

M&L for cleaning of septic tank/ manhole of any capacity, inclduing excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5m in depth in mud in foul condition by de-sludging, disilting and getting out all silt, sludge, organic and inorganic materials by manuyally / mechanically and removing the sludge to minium 6 km outside MD land away from site and burrying in to pits and covered with earth including spreading bleaching powder @ 1 kg per sqm complete all as directed at site, after complete cleaning of septic tank the manhole cover shall be re-fixed in same position with CM 1:4 and bleaching powder spread on top surface of septic tank @ 1 Kg per septic tank complete all as specified and directed at site.

Cleaning blockage of floor/nahani/bottle trap of wash hand basin/sink/bathrooms/kitchen by using hand pump with rubber bucket or by cleaning rod till clear flow of water is observed all complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning blockage of sewer lines in any position by rodding from both sides between two adjacent manholes or from inspection chamber to manhole or from gully trap to inspection chamber or through inspection eye of any depth till clear flow of sewer/water is observed complete all as specified and as directed for the 100mm dia (internal) of sewer pipe line. Note:- Unit rate quoted shall deemed to be included of cleaning of shrubs, grass small roots etc, around the manholes, inspection chamber adjacent to the pipe lines cleaning etc and along sewage lines wherever required or as directed and no extra payment shall be made on this account).

Description same as per item No 15.00 above but for 150mm dia (internal) of sewer pipe line.

Cutting in to existing manhole’s for connecting new drains making good to pipe and rendering cutting out existing benching and forming bed channel ( ½ round or ¾ section) in cement concrete type B1 smooth finished and reforming benching as required internal dia pipe 100 mm bore pipes for removing existing branch drain, making good to walling and rendering, cutting out branch channel, and making good benchings complete all as specified and directed.

Description same as per item No 17.00 above but for 150mm bore.

M&L for HDPE Doule Wall Corrugated HDPE Pipe, of size 100 mm bore drain pipes, class "SN4", laid in trenches including testing all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Cement concrete 1:4:8 type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in foundations, filling and mass concrete including sub base of floors complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (Using 20 mm graded aggregate) as in coping, Surface channel, benching of manhole laid to shape and slope and finished even and smooth using extra cement including weathering, throating and necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work, built in Cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brickwork with sub class ‘B’ (old size) bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in cement sand mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

Description same as per Item No. 26.00 built in cement mortar 1:6 but except bricks, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Bricks obtained from dismantling of brick masonary shall be reused.

M&L for brick work with fly ash bricks, modular bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius, built in cm 1:6 all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brickwork with sub-class `B' bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius as in half brick thick walls, built in cm 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4, and finishing top surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete allas specified and directed

S&F in repair PVC (SWR) pipe Cowls (with 3 stays), riveted to and including 15 cm length of flue pipes, of ditto complete allas specified and directed

S&F in repair 75 mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints laid in trenches or fixed to walls including clamps,complete allas specified and directed.

S&F in repair PVC (SWR) pipe bend of bore 75.00 mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Mild steel TMT Bar 6 to 8mmm dia cut to length , bent to shape to required , including cranking , bending spirally for hoping for columns , hooking ends and binding with and including mild seel wire (anneled) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips quality confirming complete all as specified and directed.

M&L TMT mild steel bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required inluding cranking, bending, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90 mm dia or securing with clipscomplete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200m thick (Horizontal or sloping) with fair finished flat concrete survaces complete all as specified

M&L for providing RCC 1:1.5:3 type A-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) in screen walls, fins, fascias, louvres, parapets, and railings exc. 60cm in height, newels, balustrade and the like complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing RCC 1:1.5:3 type A-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggrergates) in slabs supported on walls, floor slabs, roof slabs and the like complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Providing precast reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in cover slabs (for manholes etc), shelves and similar articles with plain faces including necessary moulds and setting in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed. Note:-Reinforcement to be measured & Paid separately.

M&L framed work such as grills, gratings, gate etc with ends of bars & plates souldered and/or riveted or forged into spikes, framed guard bars barred iron dors ladders framed balusters walkways, railing frame work of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe-410-0 or Fe-310-0, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing new Steel Surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and evenly applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of redoxide complete all as spe ified and directed

M&L for Brickwork with fly ash bricks in one brik thick honey comb walling built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as pecified and as directed.

Material and labour for broken brick coarse aggregate (brick bats) of size 0.63mm for soak well all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair PVC(SWR) floor and PVC (SWR) gully trap 125/110 mm, setting and jointing with solvent cement p 125/110 mm bore including cutting out wall /concrete and finishing of surface to match existing surface .

Extra for forming fair finished drain or Channel or 30 cm inner girth in concrete, using extra cement including forms,moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste Formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter and similar work; not exceeding 200m thick (Horizontal or sloping) with fair finished flat concrete survaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing RCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.50mm graded stone aggregates) in Slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (Using 20 mm graded aggregate) as in coping, Surface channel, benching of manhole laid to shape and slope and finished even and smooth using extra cement including weathering, throating and necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Joist, channel, angle or tee , square or rectangular, tubler sections, fixed indipendently or as purlin , rafter, or post including cutting to dead length where required, notching, drilling, fitting, riveting and/or welding or connecting with bolts and nuts , providing and fitting angle cleats, fish plates, gusset plates etc, complete all as specified and directed.(Fe-410-W(Gde-E-250) quality A).

Material and labour for preparation of new surface of wall and applying three coat of white wash, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
