A-Supply of Signaling Material

Supply of Electrically Operated Lifting Barrier complete set suitable for 24V DC, supply with hand generator back up & motorized boom locking arrangements as per RDSO Spec. SPN/208/2012 with latest amendment. One set consisting of 2 nos. of lifting barrier pedestals, each with 8 contact circuit controller with top roller type limit switches, hand crank, 2 electric motors, 24vdc of capacity suitable to operate barriers up to 32' long booms, 2 nos. of octagonal booms of 32 feet length with 2 nos. Stop boards, boom light boxes, MS counter weights and 2 nos. of boom support with motorized boom locking but without fringes along with control panel with buttons and indicating lamps, motor connectors and MCB and hand generator (24VDC) to operate 2 barriers of 1 set. This includes supply and installation of gate hooter - 1 no and Dual Tone Bell /Buzzer with 1 Flasher arrangement and 20-Watt horn working on 24 V DC/ 110 V AC (as specified in Tender Document)- 1 no with all fixing arrangements. All of the above items including supply of nuts & bolts, foundation as required & supply of cement, civil work materials and etc. Shall be done by the contractor for commissioning. Only 230VAC supply shall be arranged by the railway in nearby relay room. The complete electric lifting barrier set shall confirm to RDSO SPEC NO. RDSO/SPN/208/2012 with latest amendment. Inspection - RDSO. along with Spares & tool kit mentioned in RDSO Spec. SPN/208/2012 clause 10.1 & 10.2 as below - Following spares shall be supplied along with each set (02 nos.) of Electric lifting barrier as per requirement of the purchaser i) Octagonal boom - 1 no. complete. ii) Belt - 1 no. iii) Crank handle - 1 no. iv) Motor Contactor - 1 no. v) Motor protection MCB- 1 no. vi) Push button complete- 2 nos vii) Limit switch - 3 nos. (1 lever type and 2 top roller type) viii) Fuses used - 2 sets - Tool kit consisting of standard sizes of wrench / spanner and Allen keys should also be supplied with each set (02 nos.) of Electric Lifting barrier.

Supply, Installation and wiring of Gate indication cum operating panel(domino type) along with supply and installation of necessary fabricated iron frame at required height at gate 2 goomty and also all electrical wiring/interconnection of EKT,hooter etc. as per approved circuit diagram. This also includes dismantling of existing gate panel and deposit the released gears to railway godown and carrying of new gate panels from railway godown to work site as per Technial Specification. (Unit Per LC gate)

Underground, armoured, unscreened, Railway signalling cable PVC insulated copper conductor conforming to Specn. No. IRS:63/2014 REV. 4.0 OR LATEST AMENDMENT of Size-12 Core x 1.5 Sq. mm

16/0.2mm size tinned flexible single core indoor wire IRS : S- 76/89 Amend. No. 2 or with latest amendment/specification, PVC coated.(Unit Coil of 100 Mtr)

"Supply of full-size apparatus case (Large) (as per DRAWING NO. RDSO/S-11500 or 9 latest). This includes supply of location box with 'E' type lock & key, fitted on location door on both side, E Type lock (ward No will be specified by Engineer-in Charge) as per RDSO Drg. No. SA 3376 and Key to Drg. No. 3377 as per RDSO drawing No. RDSO/S-11500.

Supply of Disconnect Terminal Block, screw less type, 4-wire front entry (Two in-put & Two out-put) The color will be decided by Engineer - in - Charge. (Preferably In Blue, Red & Grey Colors in the ratio of 1:2:3)

Supply of HDPE DWC pipe of size 90/76 mm dia nominal - as per RDSO Specification 11 No.RDSO/SPN/204/2011 version 1.1 Amd. 1 or latest TEC specification No. with Anti Rodent and Anti- flammable property - along with socket, coupler etc. - as per technical specification and as approved by Engineer-in-charge

Q-Series LED ECR (Universal Type i.e. QECX), 4F/4B complete with plug board (base 12 plate), connectors, retaining clips etc. and conforming to BRS:941A STS/E/RELAYS/AC LIT LED SIGNAL/09-2002, Amdt. -1 and RDSO Specn.No.IRS:S-34 & S-23 with Amdt. upto date as applicable or latest. The interlocking code for this unit shall be "ABDHK".

Q-Series Line Relay (QNA1 Type), AC immunized, 8F/8B, 24 V DC along with plug 13 board (base plate), connectors, retaining clips etc. and conforming to BRS-931A and RDSO Specn.No.IRS:S@45"44@ S-23 and S-60 or latest. The interlocking code for this unit shall be "ABDGH".

"Relay fail safe electronic time delay device with fixed timing (0 @45<41@ seconds 14 and conforming to RDSO Specn.No.IRS: S-61/2000 with Amdt.3 or latest mounted on Q-series relay base & covered complete with connectors, retaining clip etc. The interlocking code for this unit shall be ""AFHKY"".

FAIL-SAFE ELECTRONIC FLASHER DEVICE as per spec. No- RDSO/SPN/173/2002 Amend 2 or with latest amendments /specification, 60 flashes per minute workable on 24V DC as per TS

Supply of Colout Light Signal Unit complete, FRP TYPE to Drg. no. IRS:S-26/64 ver.1.0 or latest, SA 23003 A/M (Adv.) or latest without CLS transformers, lenses, lamps, lamp holders.

Supply of Non-deteriorating type low voltage cyndrical head cartridge ELECTRIC fuse 2A as per Specn No IRS/S/78/92 with latest amendments

Supply of Stop board of Aluminium Composite materials with reflective sticker.

Supply, Installation & Commissioning of SMPS based IPS system conforming to 24 Specification no:RDSO/SPN/165/2023 , Version 4.0 with Amendment 1 and Drg. No. Annexure-III or latest along with 110 V 200 AH Low Maintenance cells/VRLA Maintenance Free cells secondary Cell as per IRS:S-88/2004 Ver. 1.0 with battery rack, SPDS, Tools kit, Charging of batteries with supply of Electrolyte, Installation, testing and commissioning, configuration of different modules of IPS for working of signaling System for interlocked LC gate/IBS.

Supply of Electrical Key transmitter rotary type as as per IRS-S-21/26 Amd-1 Drg No. SA-22601 Alt.4 with key and of the ward No. as per approved signalling plan or as per instruction of Engineer-in -charge.

"Supply of KEY LOCK 'E' type to Drg. No. SA-3376/M (IRS) Alt.-2 (with latest Alt if any) and KEY to Drg. No. S- 3377/M (IRS) to ward No. as specified in Tender Document and RDSO specification No. IRS: S- 30/64 (with Amdt. up to date if any).

B-Execution work

Supply & fixing of Hylam sheet 10mm thick of various size of minimum grade P2/P3 on apparatuscase/Location boxes for wiring of signaling circuit and cable termination, fixing on 27 suitable size contractors angle with string rod for supporting cable on back side including fixing of all types of terminal /fuse as per location diagram plan and technical specification with drilling of holes on either side of terminals /fusesand other places as required forcable conductor/wires entry and fixing of sheets. (Item Code- 110301 )Size of 860 mm X 140 mm

Installation, wiring, testing and commissioning of electrically operated lifting barrier, 28 complete with Casting of cement concrete foundation (including supply of sand, stone, cement, bolt, plate etc.) for pedestal and boom rest post, cabling, power supply connection & wiring with complete outdoor work as per approved drawing, wiring etc.

Excavation of trenches in all types of soils including soft rock as per including cutting and clearing of bushes and roots of trees etc., upto a depth of 1.2 Mtrs and width of 0.3 Mtrs at the 29 bottom in the entire section, back filling and ramming of the soil in trenches to original level. The work shall be executed as per technical specification. NOTE: Proportionate payment against the work executed by the contractor will be arranged where digging of trench upto 1.2 mtr depth is not possible due to water seepage inside the trench, this has to be confirmed by the railway representative present at site and should be recorded in the field book.

Laying of Double Wall Corrugated (DWC) pipe of all sizes with socket, coupler and T Joint etc. by digging of trench 0.3 Meter width, 1.2 Meter depth from rail flange under track for track crossing and refilling after laying of pipes, as per technical specifications and the restoration of disturbed ballast by screening and dressing as per instruction of Engineer-in-charge or his representatives at site.

Laying of underground signalling/ power/ telecom cables of various sizes in trench, at bridges in pipes, road crossing, plaforms & acrss the track through GI/DWC/HDPE pipie as per technical specification.

Transportation of HDD machine with accessories including handling of stores materials, supply of HDPE/DWC pipe of various sizes as per instruction of Engineer in Charge, preparation of site, entry and exit pit (1mX1mX1m) and boring for placing of HDPE Silicore 33 duct/DWC of various dia size as per instruction of site engineer for 6Quad Cable/OFC cable/other cables for crossing Track/PuccaRoad/Congested area. Boring trench shall be minimum 3 (three) meter below the river bed/Track and 1(one) meter below the road/pucca road crossing area.Track/Road includes supply of accessories for pulling HDPE pipe. All other petty materials with earthwork, jointing of duct is to be done by Contractor. (Item Code- 120401) 110 mm dia boring

Casting, concreting and curing of concrete foundation ((in ratio 1:3:6), erection and installation of full-size apparatus case with 'E' type lock on CC foundation. This includes cost of all materials required for fixing holding down bolts, casting, concreting. Note: - bolts, nuts and washers, 34 bitumen compound to be supplied by contractor and bitumen compound to be used in between apparatus case and foundation as per site engineer. This also includes bottom of apparatus cases filled with sand and the outside covered with masonry work and neat cement plastering. Note: - Location boxes to painted with anti- corrosive paints as per IS: - 9862-1981, one and half feet from the bottom, on all surfaces-both inside and outside.

Fixing by slotted angle, wiring of terminal strips, hylam strip, relays, fuses with base, fixing of hard wood shelves for full size apparatus case with termination & Earthing of cables and wiring with lettering as required including supply of slotted angles, wires, ferrules for marking and 35 miscellaneous materials per location to be supplied by contractor. (all materials except relay, terminal strips, Bakelite strip, fuses with base and hard wood shelves to be supplied by the contractor). Wires to be used for this purpose should be procured from RDSO'S approved firm and to be inspected by RDSO. [Quantity of wires to be specified by contractor]. NB- power cable to be terminated with proper lugs and required buss bar and other terminals to be supplied by the contractor.

Supply & errection of Relay Rack, frame, scaffolding & ladder/ angle for relay room, power equipment room, battery room & other places as required, all oven baked and powder coated with Biscuit mat colour corrosive resistant and final finish with Seimens grey (Sigma) enamelled 36 paint, complete as per drawing of CSTE office with fuse strip, anodized bars/ strips for relay bases, insulators, grouting bolts, tripods, rack fittings, ladder arrangement, all necessary fittings, supports, insulators, PVC slotted trunking having removable covers, capacitors, resistors, diodes and other accessories etc. as per drawing and technical specification & errection of relay racks with scaffolding arrangenment, suitable grounding arrangements, fixing of tag blocks on relay racks and complete all the accessories as per technical specifications.

Supply & Erection of CableTermination rack, frame,scaffolding/ ladder/angle, all oven baked and powder coated with Biscuit Mat colour corrosive resistant and final finish with Siemens Grey (Sigma) enameled paint, completeas per drawing of CSTE office with Insulators,grouting bolts, 37 tripods, rack fittings,ladder arrangement, hylam sheet board of 10 mm thickness covering complete rack, all necessary fitting, supports, insulators, string rods to support cable, and other accessories etc. as per drawing and technical specifications & Erection with scaffolding arrangement, fixing of tag blocks and all types of terminalson cable termination racks as pertechnical specifications, in Relayroom ,Location hut and Gate Goomty.

"Installation of Sliding type LC gate on concrete foundation with complete wiring as per technical specification. It includes (i)Excavation, ramming, casting cement concrete foundation (Ten numbers per LCgate) for sliding gate complete set as per CSTE's drg no.SK/13/00037 or latest with contractor's materials including cement, sand, stones, aggregate, etc (ii) Installation of sliding gate and boom rest post along with 'E' type locks and lock up box as per CSTE's drg no.SK /13 /00037 & PCSTE's drg No.SK/20/00063 and technical specifications. These include transportation of sliding gate set complete with accessories at site from SSE depot. Necessary grouting bolts of appropriate size as directed by the supervisor incharge ( 40 nos per LCG) with nuts and washers etc to be supplied by contractor. (iii)Installation of EKT on Hylum sheet and its wirings in connection with alteration, modification in existing circuit at LC gate as per instructions of Railway site supervisor. This also includes supply and fixing of Hylum Sheet, MS angles push button, LED indication for each EKT as per direction of Railway supervisor in Charge. All required consumable materials except EKT and wires to be supplied by contractor."

Installation of 'EKT' in gate goomty and wiring with gate , etc as per Technical specifications.

Supply and installation of Earth electrode for outdoor equipment consisting of 2.5 meter G.I. Pipe medium grade having internal dia of above 38 mm GI pipe, perforated shall consist of spike at one end and a lug at the other for connecting the earth lead wire.

Transportation of materials from godowns of consignee to work site and dismantling and transportation of released materials from site to consignee go down.
