M&L for arresting leakages of internal/ external GI/CPVC/ PVC pipe lines, repair to bib taps, pillar cock, stop cocks, angel cocks, any type of mixer, PVC Connection, waste pipes, bottle trap, flush tank etc by changing the washers, traps, valves or other minor accessories, adjustment of float valves without replacemnt of any part in the OHT any size, Removal of airlock/ blockage in 15/20/25 GI/ CPVC lines including taking down (if required) cleaning the pipe and fittings etc and refixing in the same and replacement of unsv fittings such as soceket, elbow, tee, union reducer etc, refixing of sanitary fittings, re-fixing of old serviceable water closet any patern floor/ wall mounted and ensuring proper water supply, compelte all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (minimium 1 skilled plumber with helpers shall be deployed by the contractor and shall remain present on all working days for atenidng complaitns of leakage, blockage and water supply issues. The complaints shall be detailed by JE/ AGE concerned). Note:- The rate quoted by contractor includes skilled person with helper.

M&L for repair/ rectification of any sizes of doors, windows, ventilators, cupboards, wooden partitions, door shutters and frames, fixing/ replacement of hinges, tower bolts, locks, stoppers, petmets, drawer channels, easing and adjusting shutters, tightening of joints of all screws, minor replacement of damaged wooden members, and making good the disturbed surfaces, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. (minimium 1 skilled Carpenter with helpers shall be deployed by the contractor and shall remain present on all working days for attending complaints of leakage, blockage and water supply issues. The complaints shall be detailed by JE/ AGE concerned). Note:- The rate quoted by contractor includes skilled person with helper.

M&L for repair of MS gates, grills, railings, doors, windows, frames, welding of broken joints, fixing of hinges, stoppers, locking arrangements, strenghthening of weak portions, cuttingd and re-fixing of minor MS components, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. (minimium 1 skilled welder with helper shall be deployed by the contractor and shall remain present on all working days for attending complaints of leakage, blockage and water supply issues. The complaints shall be detailed by JE/ AGE concerned). Note:- The rate quoted by contractor includes skilled person with helper.

M&L for repair of brickwork, plastering, patches repair exc 0.25 but not exc 1.5 sqm to walls, ceiling and chajjas, repair of cracks, potholes and damaged plaster, re-fixing of loose tiles, kota stone or floor finishes, minor repairs, to steps, parapets, sealing of leakage points, with cement mortar in 1:4, making good the disturbed surfaces, including curing and applying two coat of OBD matching the existing adjacent surfaces over a coat of primer, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. (minimium 1 skilled Mason with helpers shall be deployed by the contractor and shall remain present on all working days for attending complaints of leakage, blockage and water supply issues. The complaints shall be detailed by JE/ AGE concerned). Note:- The rate quoted by contractor includes skilled person with helper.

M&L for Cleaning of water tank, duly removing all scale, dirt or mud, fungus etc and washing and flushing the tank with chlorine water for the capacity of tanks 500 ltrs/ 1000 ltrs of RCC or PVC tanks including writing the letters on PVC or RCC tank as cleaned on duly mentioning date of cleaning with paint as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:- While cleaning any parts of the water tanks was broken/ damaged the same shall be replaced by the contractor without any extra cost to the department.

S&F in repair brass phase with washer complete to required size (full turn or half turn) for 15 mm dia angle cock/ stop cock/ bib cock/ sink mixer/ wall mixer/ WHB Mixer for short body/ long body as required, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair brass phase with washer complete to reuired size (full turn or half turn) for 15 mm dia concealed stop cock for short body/ long body as required, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair CP Cap of capston head for 15 mm dia angle cock/ stop cock/ bib cock/ sink mixer/ WHB Mixer/ wall mixture, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F 500 Litre capacity three layered rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank (Cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position including 20 mm dia GI pipe medium grade washout pipe of 450 mm long with plug and 20 mm dia GI pipe medium grade overflow pipe of 600 mm long with all fittings including dismantling/ taking down of the existing tank, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
