Disposal of moorum/building rubbish/ malba/ similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste material by mechanical transport including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping site for lead upto 10 km periphery area for all lifts, complete as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation work by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soils as directed, within a lead of 50 m Ordinary rock as per the diretion of Engineer in Charge at site.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) as per the dierction of Engineer-In-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and heights.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand) : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) as per the dierction of Engineer-In-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and heights.

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) as per the dierction of Engineer-In-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and heights.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level Tata/Sail/Jindal Panther/Shyam steel or as approved by HPPWD. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more as per the dierction of Engineer-In-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and heights.

Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) upto plinth level with Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) as per the dierction of Engineer-In-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and heights.

Random rubble masonry with hard stone in superstructure above plinth level and upto floor five level, including leveling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) at window sills, ceiling level and the like Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) as per the dierction of Engineer-In-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and heights.

Providing corrugated G.S. sheet Tata make or equivalent roofing including vertical / curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (up to any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces), excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required 0.63 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/ m² as per the diretion of Engineer in Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and heights.

Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion, (i) Single socketed pipes as per the dierction of Engineer-In-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and heights. 75 mm diameter

Supplying, filling, spreading & leveling stone boulders of size range 5 cm to 20 cm, in recharge pit, in the required thickness, for all leads & lifts, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge as per the dierction of Engineer-In-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and heights.
