Reinforcement cement concrete (1:1.5:3) in open foundation & tTie beam including line, level, shuttering, curing 15 days complete as per drawing and Technical Specifications RCC Grade M-20 with Reinforcement including all type of taxes, octroi, tolls, cess but execluding cost GST and as per directin of ENC as per SOR SI no. 283

Supplying fitting and placing with MS bar reinforcement (Fe 415) in substructure complete as per drawings and techinical Specification Clause 1002, 1005, 1010 & 1202 including bending for proper and necessary completion of the work and including supply of steel and wastages, bends, hook and authorised overiapping shall be measured as per direction of Enginner in charge

M-150 Class Brick Work in 1:4 cement & Coarse sand 2.20 F.M mortar in foundation and upto plinth level including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc required for proper completion of the work as per SI No. 305a

12mm thick plaster with cement and fine sand of 1.25 fineness modules mortar in 1:4 over brick work minimum thickness not to be less than 1cm. Including supply of all materials, labour, tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work as per SI No. 582

Providing wall putty on new surface with approved quality material of berger/J.K./Birla or similar make 2 coats. As per SOR ch. 15 SI No. 15.26
