S&F Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of barss houldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors ladders; framed balusters; walkways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar works conforming to Fe.290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cutting holes into or through brick walls , concrete built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar and stone walls making good in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 of type B-l as required superficial area not exceeding 150 Sq.cm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brickwork with old size fly ash bricks straight or curved on plan exc. 6m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 15mm thick in two coats of 1st coat 10mm thick in CM 1:6, finishing coat 5mm thick in CM 1:4 with and including (WPC) PIDI PROOF LW compound at the rate of 200ml per bag finished even and smooth with out using extra cement. Note: Liquid water proofing compound (PIDI PROOF LW) shall be measured and paid under respective item only.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound.

M&L for preparation of old decorated plaster surfaces of walls including brooming down & applying one coat of white wash all as specified.

M&L for preparation of new plaster surfaces of walls including brooming down & applying three coats of white wash all as specified.

M&L for applying two or more coats of 100% premium acrylic mulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489-2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (company depot tinted) with silicon additives @1.43 litre/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm over new surfaces complete including preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Make : APEX of Asian or equivalent of shalimar / Nerolac/ Berger.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm girth or width and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Complete removal of existing treatment & Material and labour for applying two or more coats of 100% premium acrylic mulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489-2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (company depot tinted) with silicon additives @1.43 litre/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm omplete including preparation of old plastered surfaces of walls all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Dismantling Plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof covering complete all as specified.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc. complete all as specified.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zink coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.5mm thick of any colour having tensile strength 550Mpa as in roof covering fixed with self tapping screws as specified fixed with self drilling / self tapping screws with EPDM seal complete all as per manufacturers specification and instruction all as specified and as directed.

M&L for errection of structural steel rolled sections in roof trusses (framed) trussed purlins (beam,tee, angle, channel or flat section) including distance pieces, cleats etc. complete. Steel sections shall conform to grade Fe-410 -W(Gde-E-250) Quality 'A' complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint on old steel surfaces including preparation of surfaces of any description , over 10cm width or girth not other wise described.
