Earthwork excavation in trenches for foundation in sand and other loose soils not exceeding 1.50m in width and including dressing of sides and ramming of bottom lift upto 1.50m including getting out of the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed within a lead of 50m and lift of 1.50m, cost including shuttering, strutting, bailing out seepage of water wherever necessary etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers

Providing and laying Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 (One part of cement, 4 parts of M. Sand (Crushed Stone Sand) & 8 Parts of 40 mm nominal size metal ) for foundation using 40 mm nominal size graded metal including mixing, laying, levelling, consolidation, finishing and curing etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and laying Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:1.5:3 (One part of cement, One and a half parts of M. Sand (Crushed Stone Sand) Coarse sand & Three Parts of graded stone aggregate (i.e.) 2 parts of 20mm nominal size graded metal & 1 part of 10mm nominal size graded metal) using 20 mm nominal size graded metal including mixing, laying, levelling, consolidation, finishing and curing etc., and excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement grills for all RCC works in all floors upto full height of the building etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing Form work for Sides of soffits, beams, landings, cantilever ridges and lintels not exceeding 1 m in depth in all floors upto full height of the building and removal of the same for in situ RCC work etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the epartmental officers.

Fabricating and placing in position of M.S / Tor steel grills for R.C.C works in all floors including cost of Steel, cutting, bending, binding with 16 Gauge GI Binding wire and placing in position etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Filling basement with available excavated earth in trenches, plinth, sides of fundation etc., in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating and watering etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Brick work in Cement Mortar 1:5 (M. Sand (Crushed Stone Sand)) ( One cement, five M.Sand (Crushed Stone Sand)) using chamber burnt bricks for walls in Ground Floor of the building including cost of all materials, labour, curing etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Plastering the Brick work 15 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:5 (Plastering Sand (P-Sand)) (One cement, five Plastering Sand (P-Sand)) for all faces of walls (even and uneven) in all floors upto full height of the building including necessary scaffolding, racking of masonry joints, cleaning, curing etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Pebble dash exterior plaster on walls up to a height of 10m above from ground level with a mixture of washed pebble of crushed stone graded (nominal size 6mm) dashed over and including fresh cement plastering in two coats, backing coat 10mm plaster with C. 1:3 (one cement, 3 sand) and finishing coat 10mm cement plaster 1:3 (one cement, 3 pebble including arises chambers, rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth ete complete and as directed by departmental officers.

Supplying the structural steel, MS Angles, Channels, Flats etc., for vertical members / bracing/ stiffeners / Base plates or for any other usage as a structural member, fabricating, welding and erecting the frame work in position at the locations shown in the drawing including all labour, materials, conveyance, tools & plants, etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers (Note : 1. While fabricating, necessary holes and bolt & nut shall be provided at no extra cost in the structural members. 2. In case, the specified MS section is not available in the market, the nearest alternative section may be used after approval of the Engineer.

Collection and Supply of good quality Red earth from Vagaikulam and cnveying by road with an average lead of 26 KM & stacking at site for pre-measurement including cost of materials, conveyance of red earth, labour, tools & plants etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers

Collection and Supply of good quality Cow dung manure (well dried manure) from Tuticorin town and conveying by road with an average lead of 13 km & stacking at site for pre?measurement including cost of cow dung manure, conveyance, labour, tools & plants, etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers

Mixing of Red earth and Cow dung manure for spreading and leveling the plantation area for required thickness including labour, tools & plants, etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers

Supply and planting of ornamental plants for gardening (i.e.) Alamanta, Ficus, Mosantha, Xeroa, Blue Marica, Jet ropa, Cactus, Crotons, Yellow palms, X Mas tree to a minimum height of 2.5 feet including cost of saplings, labour, tools & plants, etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers

Supplying and laying of Mexican Carpet grass (Ready made sheet) at site for transplanting in the lawn area. The rate shall include transportation, loading, unloading of grass carpet along with underlying rooting medium without damaging the roots etc., complete and as directed by the including cost of Mexican Carpet grass (Ready made sheet), labour, tools & plants, etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

White washing with lime powder on new wall surfaces One COAT to give an even shade including cleaning the surfaces, preparaton of wall, cost of lime powder, brushes, scaffolding, etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Applying One coat of Alkali Resistant Primer and Two coats of APEX - Exterior Emulsion Paint of approved colour and quality over the New wall surface in all floors to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and also including preparing the surface even and sand paperes smooth including all materials, labour, brushes, scaffolding, etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Painting the steel surfaces with Two coats of Synthetic enamal paint of approved quality (excluding priming coat) on new steel and other metal surfaces with enamel paint, brushing, interior to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter including all materials, labour, brushes, etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Deploying earth moving machinery JCB wherever required for the following works viz., Earthwork excavation, filling, levelling the undulated area, cleaning the vegetation along with roots, removal of unwanted debris / juliflora trees, loading into lorry and for any other works required etc., including cost of diesel, oil, operator charges etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and fixing granite slabs (jet black) of 20mm thick (super fine polished with nosing edges) on the steps area of building, in between urinals and wherever required in Cement Mortar 1:3 (M. Sand (Crushed Stone Sand)). The rate inclusive of cost of granite slab, chemical component, white cement, labour charges & conveyance etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers

Providing and fixing of Aluminium Composite Panel (ACP) 4 sided having 50 x 25 x 1.50mm frame work vertical and horizontals out of specially designed extruded sections withstand wind pressure of 180 Kg/sq.m and fabricated fixed at all level elevation and heights. The extruded section cutting and fixing required space extruded section shall be of 6063 and alloy of BSH 9 confirming T is – 63400 rate shall included to fix the main frame with necessary clamps, fasteners, bolt nuts etc. The main frame of extruded section shall be of 22843 & 22739 (H9) grade conforming to BS 4174 (or) IS 8147. Rate shall included 4mm thick ACP sheet (0.25 + 3.5 + 0.25) alstrong or equivalent fixing with spacer tape and the ACP sheet bounded with special type structural sealant of dow corning 789 or equivalent in dust free conditions the gaps between ACP sheet to be filed with whether sealant and backer rod or 12mm foam sheet to ensure water and air tightness in all complete complying with standard specification as directed by the departmental officers
