Supply & Delivery of 415 Volt, 62.5 KVA, 50 Hz, 3 Phase Silent directly coupled diesel generator set comprising of prime mover, alternator, AMF panel, Base frame, Fuel tank, Battery and CPCB approved acoustic enclosure with prime mover of adequate BHP, 6 cylinder, air to air cooled, 4 stroke & 24 Volt DC electric starter with protection system and alternator of rating 62.5 KVA at 0.8 p.f (lag) of 3 Phase, 4 Wire system with voltage regulation of +/- 1.0 % and brushless self excited IP: 23 protection with class H insulation etc. ( Make :Ashok Leyland,KOEL GREEN,Caterpillar-FG Wilson DG setof 62.5 KVA GeneratorModel:FB62.5-2,engine Model FBD3-3.4D2 Liquid Cooled. fitted with Brushless class H,415 V,Alternator. Model GIR200SC )
Carrying the D.G. set from store to work site by hiring Crain and installation of the same in CC foundation incl. plastering and neat cement finish as per direction of the EIC.
Excavation of soil for installation of Earth Electrode and filling & ramming. (For Morrum Soil)
Earthing with 50 mm dia, ISI-Medium GI pipe of 3.64 mm thick x 3.04 Mts. long and 1x25x6mm GI (Hot Dip) strip (4 Mts. long), 13 mm dia x 80 mm long GI bolts, double nuts, double washers incl. filling with bitumen partly under the ground level and partly above ground level driven to an average depth of 3.65 Mts. below the ground level as per GS.
Supply & fixing of 50mm dia medium gauge GI pipe ( ISI-M ) protection with necessary fittings and jointing materials as required as to GS.
Supply & fixing earth busbar of galvanized (Hot Dip) MS flat 50 mm x 6 mm on wall having clearance of 6 mm from wall including providing drilled holes on the busbar complete with GI bolts, nuts, washers, spacing insulators etc. as required as to GS
Supply & Laying of 1.1 KV grd. 4 x 35 sq. mm. XLPE/ PVC/Ar. Al cable in GI pipe / floor / wall as deemed fit as per direction of the EIC. (Havells/ Polycab / KEI )
Supply & fixing of cmpression type gland for 4X35 sq mm PVC/XLPE/ArAl cable & finishing the end with dowellssolderless soket by crimping method as to GS
Making permanent Shade for Silent DG set by GI sheet on roof after making MS angle iron structure as per direction of E.I.C.
