Repairs to pot holes any depth, n.exc 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surface in roads, path etc cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth, making good by supplying and filling in screened and graded road metal, watering and well ramming with 8 to 10 tonne power roller complete all as specified and directed.

Preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying evenly a priming/ tack coat with paving bitumen VG-10 Grade @5 kg/10 Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for premix bituminous macadam laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber, average consolidated thickness 75mm or less using bitumen- VG 30 grade @ 4% by weight or aggregate including scarifying existing bituminous macadam surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Bituminous premixed asphaltic semi dense concrete 30mm thick consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix using bitumen of grade VG-30 by mechanical paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with using power roller 8 to 10 tonne complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc. and the like n. exc 10cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/ 0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/ 1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) as in ground and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

Cement concrete work in pavement/ hard-standing of flexural strength 40 kg/per square centimeter in field using 400 kg of cement per cubic meter, thickness of concrete 20 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Forming 12mm thick Expansion joints for 200 mm thick concrete slab filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound, Grade ‘A' complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of stone slab and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 15 mm thick cement plaster on fair faces of bricks work or concrete surfaces with cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and directed.
