Collection and supply of Gritty gravel from appd quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site including all labour charges for spreading and compaction with power roller etc.complete

Consturciton of subgrade and earthern shoulders with approved materiasl obtained from borrwo pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading required slope and compacted to meet requirement of table 300.2 with lead upto 1000m as per Technical Specification Caluse 203.1 (Carted Earth)

Providing and laying water bound macadam 75 mm conscidated thickenss with Grade III metal using 1.00 cum of 63 mm to .11.20 mm IRC size HBG Metal with 0.24 cum of Gravel for blindage per 10 Sqm. Including cost and coveyance of all materials to work site and stacking them at the site to departmental gauge for pre-measurement and labour charges for spreading metal and gravel, hand packing to camber, watering with all loads for water and compaction by 80.100 km power roller including hire charges and fuel charges for power employed including necessary earthern bund to protect edges, lighting, guarding, barricadings and maintenance of diversion etc. complete as per clause 404 of most Specification.

Providing & Laying Tack coat 4 kgs / 10 Sqm over the WBM surface treated with using 4 kgs of Bituminous Emulsion for 10 sqm area including cost of Bitumen emulsion, including labour for applying the required Qty. of Bitumen Emulsion as tack coat by bitumen sprayer etc., complete as per clause 503 of Most specifications.

Providing and laying open graded premix carpet of 20mm compacted thick using 0.18cum of 13.20mm IRC size HBG machine crushed chips and 0.09 cum of 11.20mm IRC HBG machine crushed chips with 13.432Kg of bitumen and 1.168 Kg of Plastic waste for 10 Sqm. of premix carpet including laying of seal coat 'A' over the premix carpet using 0.09 cum of 6.70mm IRC size HBG machine crushed chips with 9.80Kg of bitumen per 10 Sqm. including cost and conveyance of chips and stacking them to departmental gauge for pre-measurements including cost of bitumen which will be supplied by the department at departmental section stores and its cost will be recovered as per special condition appended including heating the bitumen and metal mixing the materials in mini hot mix plant for premix carpet including spreading the same and finishing and compacting the same by power rolling to the specified lines and grades including all labour charges application of bitumen for seal coat over the premix carpet and spreading the seal coat and power roller rolling separately as per MOST specification 509 and 513 (III revision) including all labour charges hire and fuel charges for mini hot mix plant, power roller 80-100KN capacity and all other tools and plants employed therefor etc.com.

Road Marking With Hot Applied Thermoplastic Compound With reflectorising Glass Beads on Bituminous Surface:- Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.50mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35, The finished surface to be level uniform and free from streaks and holes etc complete as per MORTH&H specification No.803

Maintenance Towards the charges for routline maintenance of the road work executed under MGSMT including dressing of berms by refilling the gully with the earth from borrow pits, cleaning of wild seasonal growth on berms, destilting of side drains and CD works, white washing guard stones, painting of KM, HM stones, parapets, cutting of branches of trees, refixing displaced guard stones, caution boards, speed limit boards etc., with the periodicity for the above activities as prescribed in IRC-SP- 20:2002 and as directed by the departmental officers except for the constructional defects which has to be rectified by the contractor at his own cost For the First Year from the date of completion of work For the Second Year from the date of cpmpletion of work

Providing and laying spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet Mix Macadam(WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in machanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers 250mm thick with pavers in SubBase/Base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density including cost of material,labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete.

Applying PRIMECOAT over WMB/ WMM surface at 7.00Kg of SS-1 Bitumen Emulsion / 10 sq.m including labour for spraying, hire charges for bitumen sprayer etc. Comp.

Applying TACK COAT over Primed WBM surface at 2.5Kg of RS-1 Bitumen Emulsion / 10 sq.m including labour for spraying, hire charges for bitumen sprayer etc. Comp.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonne per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading,premixed with bituminous binder @5.4 to 5.6 percent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment,rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRT & H speciications clause 507 complete in all respects
