Charges for dismantling the casing cover of blowers 4A & 4B for painting and reassembling after completion of painting works.

Charges for scratching and cleaning, painting with epoxy primer one coat and epoxy smoke grey paint two coat for structures, spray room tank pipes, eliminator frame, water strainer structure, AWS Blowers 4A & 4B, dampers and ducts.

Charges for dismantling the water spray nipples and nozzles from the pipe line and scratching & cleaning and then re-fixing in the pipe line.

Charges for flushing the spray system pipe line

Charges for Pump complete overhauling and changing the worn out spares parts if necessary.

Charges for Refitting the pump with both suction and discharge pipe flanges with new gasket, coupling the motor with pump, checking axial and radial misalignment between pump and motor and completing the alignment within the prescribed limits and commissioning satisfactory.

Charges for Dismantling the Valves from the pipe line and Overhauling and then refitting of 250 mm / 200 mm AWCW Pump suction and discharge side Gate valves and cleaning of seating surface and lapping of valve gate and seat for perfect matching.

Charges for fixing the canvas cloth bellow joint in the Air Washer fan discharge line inside the Air Washer room(Blower 4B ) and BFP floor duct

Charges for dismantling the existing ‘W’ Type PVC Eliminators from the support angle

Charges for cleaning the ‘W’ Type PVC Eliminators by wire Brush and water wash.

Charges for cleaning the ‘W’ Type PVC Eliminators by chemical solution ( Diluted HCl.) { Chemical solution under contractor’s scope }.

Charges for fixing the PVC notch plate in the structure and re-assembling the cleaned ‘W’ Type PVC Eliminator in the structure.

DAMPER BOX i) Fixing the MS angle inside the damper box to hold the leaves and drilling for holes for damper box.

ii) Welding the MS Plate drilling holes in the damper bolts.

iii) Dismantling the existing damper box from blower unit for damper box.

iv) Erecting the new damper leaves with the blower unit for damper box.

Machining of SS rod for 12 mm dia drilling holes to the required size

Machining of bronzed bush of the required size

Charges Painting of one coat of red oxide enamel paint after scratching and cleaning, then paint one coat of green enamel paint for circulating water system pipes of AWS.

Charges for cleaning inside and outside of the air washer duct in the BFP Floor, switch gear control room and disposing the dust particles by gunny bag to outside the plant.

Charges for devolution of the scrap materials to Central store (lorry will be supplied by TNPGCL).
