Supply, install, testing and commissioning of factory made LT feeder pillar box, CPRI approved outdoor type 1.1KV made out of MS CRCA sheet 3.15mm thick having 4 Nos Aluminium bus bar of size 100Amps for phase 600 Amps for neutral fixed on LT, 8 Nos insulators of size 1.0M x 0.5M x 4M with legs made out of MS angle 50x50x5mm & 0.75mtr in length, locking arrangements front and back opening danger notice board with skull & bone managram and indicating 1100 volt danger board including incoming and outgoing connections and testing on completion incuding taking out old pillar box all as specified and directed.

Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 mtr deep below GL with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal GL and connected to earth plate . Earth plate surrounded by 15 cm thick packed layers of charcoal dust and common salt upto 1.5 meter depth all around the earth plate and connected to earth lead of GI strip of 25 x 4 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel and thimbles and other end of the earth wire connected to Plant/equipment and protected by galvanized iron or steel pipe light grade and water pipe 20mm bore GI medium grade with funnel and wire mesh, including all necessary excavation and earth work PCC chamber in cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 and RCC cover and all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES schedule Pt I of 2009 and also including making test point for testing of earthing made out of gun metal or phosphorous bronze size 75x75x25 mm complete incuding taking out old earthing all as specified and directed. Note: On testing after completion of earthing if desired earth resistance below 5 ohms is not achieved, the earthing will be redone at no extra cost.

All as per item No.42 hereinbefore but using galvanised iron strip 32 × 6mm as earthing lead complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc ,complete all as specified and as directed.

Rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) mixed with water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

Rendering 5mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in cement mortar 1:3 in ceiling of chajjas/ roof projection etc finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Complete removal of existing treatment on surface of wall and applying two coats of oil bound emulsion distemper (washable) over one coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over one coat of primer on wall complete all as specified and directed.

Preparing surfaces, plastered or unplastered on new ceiling surface and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of old decorated plastered or unplastered surface of ceiling by brooming down or steel wire brushing scraping down smoke spots, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts, trading oil and greasy spots etc and applying two coats of white wash on ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

Complete removal of existing treatment of wall surfaces and applying two or more coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & Fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @1.43litre/10Sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10Sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of old painted steel surfaces and steel based materials of any description not other wise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint all as specified and directed.

Preparation of old painted wooden surfaces and wood based materials of any description not other wise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint all as specified and directed.

Repair, repainting and rewriting the glow sign board/ name board of power house / sub station and pump house etc complete all as specified and directed.

Painting the external exposed surfaces of LT panel board with angle iron stand and connected accessories with one coat of aluminium paint including preparation of old painted surfaces and pasting radium red stickers with 3 lines of width 5cm each around the pole complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of rusted surface of HT Steel pole with brackets of any size / shape / type at any height and painting with aluminium paint and altemate color of sky blue 3 strip and white paint 2 strip of 30cm height at bottom of the pole (1.5 Mtr from ground) and numbering the pole 5 cm height back paint with back grounf yellow paint 10cm dia circle complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of rusted surface of HT Steel 4 pole structure at any height and painting with aluminium paint and altemate color of sky blue 3 strip and white paint 2 strip of 30cm height at bottom of the pole (1.5 Mtr from ground) and numbering the pole 5 cm height back paint with back grounf yellow paint 10cm dia circle complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of rusted surface of HT Steel 2 pole structure at any height and painting with aluminium paint and altemate color of sky blue 3 strip and white paint 2 strip of 30cm height at bottom of the pole (1.5 Mtr from ground) and numbering the pole 5 cm height back paint with back grounf yellow paint 10cm dia circle complete all as specified and directed.
