Demolishing stone rubble masonry manually/by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 meters lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge: In cement mortar

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Dumping stones on horizontal including cost of stones

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for: Foundations, footings, bases of columns etc. for mass concrete.

Carriage of Material by Mechnical Transport and Manual Labour including Loading, including stacking 1. Sand for an avg lead of 50 Km and 200 m by H/L

2. Stone aggregate below 40 mm for an avg lead of 30 Km by MT and 200 m by H/L
