Preparing the surface smooth by scraping sand-papering and filling the unevennessand undulation with special putty and P.O.P, providing and applying one coat of cement primer and thereafter providing and applying two or more coats of 1st quality plastic emulsion paint of approved make on walls/ceilings in desired shades and finish (plain or roller finish) including scaffolding etc. complete all as directed by engineer in-charge / Architect.

Providing and applying two or more coats of 1st quality synthetic enamel paint of approved make and shade to steel work, viz, grills, gates, weld-mesh, rolling shutters etc. all as per specifications including scafiblding etc.Directed by engineer - in charge /Architect.

Providing and polishing wood work on hand rails, door's, windows, mets,cabinet etc. in two or more coats of French Spirit polish (matt or glossy) of approved finish and tint to obtain good & smooth finish including scaffolding etc.Directed by engineer - in charge /Architect.

Providing and Applying two or more coats of exterior emulsion paint (apex) of approved make and shade as per specifications to the exterior surfaces of walls,ceiling, beams, columns, canopies, staircase, lobbies etc. including surface preparation, scaffolding etc.Prepartion of surface throughly by removing loose dust or dirt, lichen,algae or any other organic growth by using stiff ( wire or coir ) brush, washing the surface well and allowing the surface to dry and including necessary surface preparation to make even or crack free surface by using exterior grade putty or exterior grade filler material up to required level etc. complete as directed by engineer - in charge /Architect.

Cleaning properly the existing surface of terrace with wire brush, washing the same with running water, taking out of unwanted plants, filling the gap with cement concrete 1:1.5:3, and providing and applying two coats of Master seal 550 EL, of BASF make or approved equivalent with nylon mesh of approved quality as per company's specifications and repairing of khurrahs etc. complete all as required and as directed at site.
