Material and Labour opening of BPI self priming fuel pump from BPI pump house foundtion after disconnecting from fuel line and closing the line with dummy plate with nut bolts and dismantling the same for assesing and carring out the repairs at civil work shop replacemet of u/s parts (i.e, silica seal, gasket, bushes, nut bolts, gear oil) servicing of pump complete and making good in serviceable condition, reassembling the same on the foundation and testing complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking out defective sewage submercible motor & pump sets of 12.5 HP/9.37 KW from Sewage well by disconnecting electricaly and water connection, decoupling pump & motor by the help of chain pully block & transportation to work shop, opening the body of motor, taking out burnt/defective winding wire carefully without damaging the stator, cleaning the slot, rewinding the stator with super enamelled copper winding wire of existing gauge alongwith the following parts as under and reconnected the motor from same location by help of chain pully block and making all connection of motor and testing on load complete all as specified and as directed . Mechanical seal upper- 01 No, Mechanical seal Lower- 01 no, Impeller lock nut-01 no, Impeller lock nut washer -01 no, Neck ring gun metal - 01 no, O ring-1 nos.

M&L for taking out pump set 45 to 65 HP along with column pipe flanged 100/150 mm bore with submersible cable from bore hole of tube well of any depth using crane and sufficient man power, plugging / covering of open well by means of dummy plate, dismantling joints of flanged pipes in position including removing old rubber board gaskets , bolts , nuts , washers, gasket for 150 mm dia flange and any spare parts required for smooth functioning of bore well after repair complete including lowering of submersible pump set 45 to 65 HP complete set capacity by means of cranes, connecting, testing complete all as directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for transportation of submersible pump & motor 65 HP to local work shop for repair and replacing of unserviceable burnt parts / burnt copper winding like winding wire 2.3 mm, motor housing bush, thrust bearing pad , S S Shaft (per stage), slot straighter & filling , seal bush GM, GM neck ring, SS sleeve, Suction Chamber, blasing works ,bowl bush, stain less key, nut bolt and washers, Gasket ,two coat paints and any spare parts required any type of polishinh any type of grinding for smooth functioning of pump and back to site after repair , connecting, testing complete all as directed by Engineer -in- charge at site . Note- Any type of grinding, polishing, brazing, ball, motor bush pump repair studs nut,bolts, gasket, any accessories, submersible motor cable up to 3 mtr lead 02 nos replaced if required to be replaced works are included in quoted rates not any type of extra payment given to contractor all as directed by EIC at site and workshop.

All as per item no 13.0 but size 10 sqmm 3 core.

Taking out damaged /unservicable PVC unarmoured 3 core 16 sqmm cable ,Supplying, laying and testing PVC insulated & PVC sheathed industrial 3 core 16 sqmm unarmoured copper cable with bare bunched copper conductor for sewage pump & motor with voltage grade 1100 volts generally conforming IS : 7098 Part 1 - 1988 with up to date amendments complete incoming and out going connection including 16 sqmm copper lugs all as directed by Engr in charge. Make: Plaza/havells/Finolex.

All as per item no 13.0 but size 4 sqmm 4 core.

Taking out brunt copper lugs from panel and supply and fixing copper lugs of size 35 Sq mm to 25 Sq mm, refreshing of cable if required replaced the suitable size of copper lugs and connecting properly including disconnecting power supply from existing switch gears complete all as specified and directed by the Engr -in -charge at site.

Cleaning/washing the pump set (pump & motor) of capacity 1 to 3 HP scrubing the old peep out paint with emery paper/wire brushes, preparing the surface, painting the same with one coat of synthetic enamel spray paint of approved colour/tint complete all as directed at site by EIC.

Supply in replacement MS nut bolts(hard fastner) of suitable sizes for both glands, flanges on both ends and top canopy,for fixing of gyser and sollar pannel also as require at site of sutable sizes complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking out u/s GUNMETAL valve ,Supply, installation, testing and commissioning/welding any addition alteration for fixing of wall of gun metal gate valve pressure class rating CLASS-2 gun metal body ,screwed in bonnet outside screw , conforming to IS-778 heavy duty for operation on 10 kg/ cm2 pressure complete with jointing material like rubber sheet nut and bolts including dismantling existing gate valve complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge of the following sizes

Taking down unserviceable MS pipe 150 mm dia bore M&L for stainless steel welded pipes flanged type grade (ASTM specification: SA312 TP 304) of thickness 3 mm to 3.25 mm with stainless steel fittings(i.e, elbow, bends, reducer stainless Nut & bolts & connector) of same grade as per stainless steel pipe non reactive with ATF, water & WATER RUST /CORROSION PROOF,duly TIG (argon) welding and fixed with gasket suitable for ATF K-50 compatible rubberised gasket/sealant non reactive for ATF line of 150 mm at site all the flanged joints shall be brought at same potential by interconnecting pipes/ fittings on either side of the flanged joint with a filling point lid of the respective BPI tank complete all as directed by Engineer in charge.
