Rates are based on PHED Circle Ajmer BSR 2021 Repairing of leakage in existing Distribution/Rising Main/Transmission Main AC/PVC/HDPE pipe line up to 1.5 mtr depth of sizes as given below by digging out suitable size of pit at site of work including taking out the burst pipe from trench, dewatering and providing adequate safety arrangement at site. This will also include cutting of pipe ends, fixing of pipe piece with jointing material, tightening of CID Joints to make repair leak proof and then refilling of excavated trench / Pit / Road shall be done Properly I.e. after a layer of 20 cm. with proper watering and ramming in layers , for entire job contractor will use his own T&P & labour and will arrange transportation of material required from Jen Store. (Required material such as pipe piece, CID Joints shall be provided by Department free of cost) In all type Soil AC/PVC/HDPE pipe

Add on above item no. 1.1.1 for C.C. Road. Pit in CC Road shall be cut in optimum size through CC Cutter machine only. ( 15% amount above rate)

Add on above no. 1.1.1 item if depth of pipeline is above 1.5 mtr and up to 3.0 mtr. ( 20% amount above rate)

Add on above no. 1.1.1 item if depth of pipeline is above 3.0 mtr. ( 30% amount above rate)

Replacement of CI/ DI Double flange sluice valves,non return valves,butter fly valves etc. in existing Distribution/Rising Main/Transmission Main pipe line up to 1.5 mtr depth of sizes as given below by digging out suitable size of pit at site of work including providing and fixing MS Nut and Bolt and rubber gasket, dewatering and providing adequate safety arrangement at site and then refilling of excavated trench / Pit / Road shall be done Properly I.e. after a layer of 20 cm. with proper watering and ramming in layers , for entire job contractor will use his own T&P & labour and will arrange transportation of material required from Jen Store. (Required material such as Valve, Tail piece, CID Joints etc. shall be provided by Department free of cost) In all type Soil

Removal of Choking from pipe line, including tree roots, malba, sand and other by manually or other means, cleaning of line and testing in existing Distribution/Rising Main/Transmission Main AC/PVC/HDPE/ uPVC pipe line up to 1.5 mtr depth of sizes as given below by digging out suitable size of pit at site of work including dewatering and providing adequate safety arrangement at site. This will also include cutting of pipe ends, fixing of pipe piece with jointing material and then refilling of excavated trench / Pit / Road shall be done Properly I.e. after a layer of 20 cm. with proper watering and ramming in layers , for entire job contractor will use his own T&P & labour and will arrange transportation of material required from Jen Store. Disconnection of water connection from existing pipe line in all type of soils up to 1.5 mtr depth by digging out suitable size of pit at site of work, with cutting of service line and refixing of clamp revolving it 180 degree then refilling of excavated trench / Pit / Road shall be done Properly I.e. after a layer of 20 cm. with proper watering and ramming in layers , for entire job contractor will use his own T&P & labour.

Work of Inter Connection in AC/PVC/HDPE pipe line up to 1.5 mtr depth by digging out suitable size of pit at site of work including dewatering and providing adequate safety arrangement at site, cutting of existing pipeline, jointing of Tee (complete) and other specials to make inter connection repair leak proof and then refilling of excavated trench / Pit / Road shall be done Properly I.e. after a layer of 20 cm. with proper watering and ramming in layers , for entire job contractor will use his own T&P & labour and will arrange transportation of material required from Store. (Material such as Tee/ Tee Clamp/rubber sheet/ CID joints required for inter connection shall be provided by the department free of cost).
