Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor n exc 15 cm thick (un reinforced) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 25 mm thick PCC type B0 1:2:4 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in leveling layer complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frame, n. exc 1.5 sqm each with shutters (without taking off shutter from the frame) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F solid PVC moulded door frame of size 50mmx47mm made out of 5mm, single side prelam PVC sheet used and edges will be painted to match with printed to match with prelam sheet, reinforced with MS square tube & fixing in opening including hold fast complete all as specified and directed.

S&F factory made solid PVC Moulded door shutter 28 to 30mm thick (Stiles) with 2,4 or 6 raised panel design with 2mm thick Moulded Prelam PVC Sheet on front face & 2 mm plain colour PVC sheet on back face, supplying and fixing in frame at site complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 75 mm size stainless steel butt hinges medium weight cold rolled complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in for 150mm long aluminium anodized barrel tower bolts of extruded section complete all as specified and as directed complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for MS flat iron work as in hold fast and similar small articles, cut to length, bent to shape, drilled hole and fixed with screw etc conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:3:6, C-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in bed blocks for inserting holdfast/ filling of steel frame, etc including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix for 150mm long aluminium handles, cast type, anodised complete all as specified and directed.
