Material and Labour for rendering (in patch work of square or rectangular shape area not exceeding 3 sqm) 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in cement mortar 1:4 finished the surface even and smooth (without using extra cement) incl taking down (broken/weak) plastered surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for, in ground floor, in isolated wall/windows, chajjas, balconies, RCC tank, precast cover slab etc and removing rubbish out sie MoD land, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in louvres and jallies, 45 mm thick (measured solid) incl. all moulds set in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for Reinforced cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregates as in slabs supported on walls,beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slab,shelves and the like, complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick masonry work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, staging etc and removal of rubbish outside MOD land, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls, pillars, cornices and applying two coats cement base paint including preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:6), on brick/concrete surfaces of walls, finished even and smooth without using extra cement , complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of 1st quality oil bound distemper (oil emulsion) over and including a coat of alkali resistant primer, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment on wall of concrete/brick surfaaces including preparation of surface by applying exterior wall care putty to achieve smooth surfaces of wall and applying two coats of exterior grade acrylic emulsion alkali proof over a coat of primer (1st quality) on wall all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old wooden surfaces over 10cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old steel surfaces over 10cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing water tanks of capacity exceeding 250 ltrs but not exceeding 500 ltrs, draining out of water, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repair/cleaning and removing accumulated sluge/dirt scales from tank bottom, side and from mouths of circulating pipes of service tanks located on roof of building and disinfecting the tank using bleaching powder to make the tank bacteria free, writing by stencil date of cleaning of tank with white synthetic enamel paint on black ground "Cleaned on (date)" height of words 100mm, and hoisting if required, refixing and reconnecting in position after cleaning complete all as specified and directed. .

Supply and Fixing in repairs PVC tank cover of capacity exceeding 250 Litres and not exceeding 500 Litres having featuring a treaded design for a secure and airtight seal/ hing type fitting with screw complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing in repairs PVC tank cover of capacity exceeding 500 Litres and not exceeding 1000 Litres having featuring a treaded design for a secure and airtight seal/ hing type fitting with screw complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Roatational moulded polythene three layer water storage tank 500 litres capacity (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified on SSR Part I complete all as specified and directed.

Note: The total amount shall subject to adjustment of credit of Rs 1550.00 for old Materials as per Schedule of Credit
