Opening out old wire crates those and re-binding after filling.

Hand-packing stones in wire-crates; excluding cost of crates and stones

Making knitted wire crates of approved mesh-size; including weaving, binding sides and partitions, and binding top after filling; excluding cost of filling, stones and weaving materials.

Constructing vertical bunds with sloping faces, by boulder filling (dry, hand packed tightly); including cost of stones but excluding cost of wire crates.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Random Rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 Cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) upto plinth level and curing complete with: Cement mortar 1:6 (1 Cement : 6 coarse sand) quarry

Centring and shuttermg including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Foundations: footings, bases of columns etc. for mass concrete.

Providing and Fixing uPVC pipes (working pressure 4 kg / cm2) Single socketed pipe 75 mm Dia. For Weep Hole. (Analysed Rate on the basis of Basic Rates JKSOR-2020 Item - 7188)
