In case of any discrepancy noticed at any stage i.e. evaluation of tenders, execution of work or final payment of the contract, the master copy available with the railway Administration shall be final and binding upon me/us.
I/we declare and certify that I/we have not made any misleading or false representation in the forms, statements and attachments in proof of the qualification requirements.
I/We also understand that my/our offer will be evaluated based on the documents/credentials submitted along with the offer and same shall be binding upon me/us.

1)The Tenderer should attach self attested copy of PAN CARD and photo identification in support of their identity 2) The documents attached to the tender documents should be clear and legible for evaluation of tenders, proper care to be taken in this regard.

A copy of NEFT form duly filled in the details as necessary along with a cancelled Cheque to be uploaded. (The tenderer/ contractor not having NEFT form may down load the empty NEFT form available in documents site)
The tenderer shall quote item wise rate and advice to inspect the site before quoting the rates, all tools and plants shall be arranged by the contractor.
The contractor shall make arrangements for the inspection of materials which costs Rs. 5 lakhs (FIVE LAKHS) or more per single unit by RITES Ltd and submit the Inspection Certificates (Authority :Railway Board's letterNo.2000/RS(G)/379/2 dated 06- 09-2017). Inspection fee due to RITES to be paid by the Contractor.
If the Tenderer (s) deliberately give(s) wrong information/incorrect documents in his/their tender or create circumstances for the acceptance of his/their tender , the Railway reserves the right to reject such tender at any stage. The entire Bid Security and any other dues available with Railway against that contract will be forfeited. Action will be taken to suspend the business with the tenderer for a period of one year . In addition, Administration reserves the right to prosecute the tenderer under suitable law.
Railways reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the tenders and to award the work in whole or in part without assigning the reason for any such action.
