Eligibility Criteria

Tenders from Joint ventures are not acceptable.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

Bidders shall ensure upload of relevant document certifying his/her status as Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe/other reserved category as prescribed in the tender document.

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Minimum financial turnover: To qualify for award of this contract, each tenderer in its name should have in the last five years (i.e., 2019-2020 to 2023-2024) : Achieved in at least two financial years an annual average financial turnover (classes of similar type of works/Electrical works) should not be less than amount put to tender of Rs. 52,81,494/- (Rupees Fifty-Two Lakhs Eighty-One Thousand Four Hundred and Ninety-Four Only) (Including GST)

To qualify for award of this contract, each tenderer in its name should have in the last five years (i.e., 2019-2020 to 2023-2024). Tenderer should have executed in any one year the following minimum quantity of work usually 80% of the annual requirement (for a Financial Year of 12 months) : i) Supply/Providing and Laying of 1Cx1000Sqmm 11KV or above HV UG Cable in Trenches/Pipes -1840 Rmtr ii) Supply/Providing and Laying of 3Cx400Sqmm 11KV or above XLPE HTUG Cable in Trenches/Pipes -400 Rmt

Tenderer should possess valid Electrical License for executing work

Assessed available tender capacity (A x N x 2.5-B) (Should be more than Rs. 52,81,494/-) A- Maximum value of Electrical works executed in any one year during last five years taking into account the completed as well as works in progress N-Number of years (3/12) B- Valuable of on-going works

Total value of civl engineering works executed and payments received in the last five years (year-wise)

List of existing commitments and ongoing works

List of works for which tenders already submitted

Banker Details for reference

Construction equipment owned by the tenderer and equipment proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded

Reports on the financial standing of the tenderer, such as profit and loss statements and auditor’s reports for the last five years

Qualification and experience of the key technical and management personnel in permanent employment with the tenderer and those that are proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded

Proposals for subcontracting components of works amounting to more than 20% of the contract price (for each, the qualifications and experience of the identified sub-contractor in the relevant fields should be attached)
