M & L for cleaning of all loose dirt and dust from roof surfaces including dismantling brick tiles of terracing and existing treatment of roof and applying roof treatment as under :- (a) 10 mm thick plastering in CM (1:3) using 100 % coarse sand on roof / parapet walls with WPC @ 3 % by weight of cement. (b) Applying a coat of bituminous primer confirming to IS-3384-1986 @ 0.40 litre/Sqm on prepared surfaces and allow to dry. (c) Supply and laying of 3mm thick (Minimum) polymeric water proofing membrane weighing not less than 3 Kgs/Sqm. (d) Suply and laying 40 mm thick brick tiles best quality well kiln burnt over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM(1:4) and jointing and pointing in CM (1:3) by mixing polymer base liquid water proofing chemical as per manufacturer instructions.
All as per above item 1 above but except brick tiles on vertical surfaces.
M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof kerbs /benching or mud stops, rounded,chamfered on edges with and including necessary use and waste of from work etc complete all as specified and directed.
S&F 20mm bore steel water tubes "medium grade" galvanized with all fittigs such as bends, elbows tee etc and fixed to walls and ceiling or in floor including taking down existing steel tubing and connection 20mm bore and removing from site complete all as specified and directed.
Supply & Fixing in repair gun metal gate valve screwed both ends to 20mm bore pipe complete all as specified and directed.
Supply and fixed for PVC rotational moulded over head water storage tank 2000 Litres capacity including 20mm dia PTMT float valve and dismantling old water tanks and removing from site complete all as specified and directed.
