Taking down existing roof treatment of any type and also taking down cement plaster on brick/concrete terrace tiles, including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc., to receive further treatment, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick on surfaces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:3 to be finished even and fair without using extra cement.

M&L for APP based polymeric membrane with mineral granules on top surface, minimum weighting 3 kg/Sqm and minimum 3 mm thick reinforced with polyester non woven fabric (wt not less than 150 gms/sqm) over one coat of 85/25 bitumen @1.2 kg/sqm with bitumen primer and paste the membrane with torching method and again apply a coat of 85/25 bitumen @ 1.6 kg/sqm at overlapping joints with a over lap of 75mm at the sides and 100 at the ends complete all as specified. Note: the water proofing treatment shall be carried out by the manufacturer or their authorised applicators.” Make- Asian/ STP/ IWL

M&L for repairing of spalled concrete from RCC surfaces such as ceiling, beam, column, parapet, chajja etc in the following stages (i) Preparation of exisitng surfaces like chipping of unsound weak/loose concrete with electric hammer/manually including tapping all edges, making square shoulders of cavity etc not exceeding 50mm thickness , removal of debris complete all as specifiedRemoving plaster & finishes from all exposed / damaged portion of facia, roof projection, parapet, chajjas , over hanging slabs, columns, slabs & beams (II) Applying rust remover cum passivator SIKKA rust top 100 or equivalent at the rate of 0.2kg/sqm each coat as per manufacturer instructiosn to remove rust from exisitng reinforcement removing visible rust along the length of reinforcement using hand tools as approved. (iii) Mixing and applying two components epoxy reisn concrete bonding coat of Sikkadur (R&B) 42 or equivalent at the rate of 0.4kg/sqm (mixing proportion as per manufacturer instrucuion including preparation of surface by chipping and throughly cleaning of surfaces complete whether required over new reinforcement and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge the reinforcement shall be measured seperaterly (iv) Applying a prebatched one component polymer modiifed cementitous patch repair mortar not excedding 50 mm in layer of 15mm thick each of product Sikka monotop 122 F or equivalent as per manufaacturer instruction to match the exisiting surface (v) Preparation of New plaster surface of ceiling ,wall ,pillars, drop wall, parapet, roof projection and applying two coats oil bound distemper over and including applying 2mm thick external wall care putty over disturbed surface during preparation with sanding for smooth surface, complete all as specified Note :- This item will be also executed by authorised applicator of manufacturer in highrise bldgs and necessary provision for T&P, scaffoling and safety measures etc shall deemed to be included in unit rate quoted by the tenderer for the same.)

M&L for preparation of old plaster surface of ceiling, wall, pillars, drop wall, parapet, roof projection and applying two coats oil bound distemper over and including applying 2mm thick external wall care putty over surface during preparation with sanding for smooth surface, complete all as specified and all as directed by Engr- in-charge. Allow 6-8hrs to dry the surface for painting of subsequent quotes etc, complete all as specified and all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Bitumastic gola, with 80/25 bitumen and coarse sand mixture. 1:3 by weight, 8cmx8cm at the junction of roofing to vertical surfaces, complete all as specified and all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Cutting grooves in brick wall, 75mm wide and 65mm deep and shaping horizontal face of groove with cement mortar 1:3, complete all as specified and all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F ceramic cool roof glazed Heat Resistant Terrace Tiles (300 mm x 300 mm x 8-10mm) on top surface of terrace, laid on 15 mm thick cement sand mortar in the ratio of 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) and fixed with spacers and grouting the joints with mix of bitumen and cement mortar 1:4, including cleaning the surface of tiles, complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of old plaster surface of ceiling, wall, pillars, drop wall, parapet, roof projection and applying one coat of oil bound distemper over and including applying 2mm thick external wall care putty over surface during preparation with sanding for smooth surface, complete all as specified and all as directed by Engr- in-charge.

M&L for preparation of old decorated plastered / unplastered surface of ceiling ,wall ,pillars, drop wall, parapet, roof projection and applying two coats of weather proofing coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion exterior paint with Graco 490 spray machine , having VOC less than 50 gm/liter and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade with silicon additives @ 1.43 liter/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 liter/ 10 sqm including, Allow 6-8hrs to dry the surface for painting of subsequent quotes etc, complete all as specified and all as directed by Engr- in-charge.
