1. Strengthening of the road from Denkanikottai Anchetti road to Enibenda (Via)Hosahalli Km 0/000-3/690 H/o.Kundhukottai (R-158) - Rs.191.720

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes ,scrubs,saplings and trees of girths upto 300mm, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlie and disposal of unserviceable material and stacking of serviceable materials to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150mm thickness as per technical specification clause 201. etc. complete.

Earth work excavation in all classes of soils except hard rock requiring blasting depositing on bank with initial lead of 10M and lift of 2M including all labour charges and incidental charges such as shoring, strutting, providing coffer dams, bailing out

Picking 5 cm to 10 cm old metalled surface and sectioning - 1 sq.m

Providing and laying including cost and conveyance of gravel from approved sources to work site including labour for spreading, watering and compacting by power roller to achieve the required Proctor density at 100% compaction etc completed

Providing and laying spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet Mix Macadam(WMM) 150 mm thick, including premixing the material with water at OMC in machanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers

Providing and laying of prime coat using Emulsion at the rate of 7 Kg per ten square meter over the WMM surface preparatory to another bituminous construction over it.

Providing and laying Tack coat over WMM surface(treated with primer) using 2.5Kg of bitumen emulsion RS-1 for 10sqm for preparatory to another bituminous construction over it including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc.,

BC 25 mm Thick (Grade-II) Using VG30 Bitumen and Plastic Waste Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete to 25/30/40mm thick using 0.13 cum of 19.00- 9.50mm, 0.17 cum of 9.50-2.36mm and 0.26 cum of 2.36 and below with 47.28kgs of VG30 bitumen and 3.02Kgs of Waste Plastic for premixing per 10sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregate to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30 ton capacity, conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 40mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and consolidated by 8-10 tonne Vibratory to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver to site etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20-30 t CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks, Paver Finisher, Vibratory roller and all other tools and plant required, including fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as per clause 507 of MORTH Rev-5

Provision for HM Stones of size 0.75m x 0.23m x 0.10m

Provision of 1 nos. rumble strips covered with premix bituminous carpet, 15-20 mm high at centre, 250 mm wide placed at 1 m centre-to-centre at approved locations to control speed, marked with white strips of road marking paint.

Providing and Fixing reflective road studs of category A raised pavement markers made out of Poly carbonate / methyl methercrylate / ABS moulded body confirming to ASTM D 788 and reflective panels with micro prismatic lens capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face with retro reflectance and chromically values conforming to ASTM D428. The reflective raised pavement markers shall also confirm to the MORTH circular No RW/NH. 33023/10*97- DO .III dt 11.06.97.The height, width and length shall not be less than 15 mm , 90 mm and 100 mm and with minimum re4flective area of 13 sq.cm on each side and the slope to the base shall be 35+/-5 degree . Each reflector shall have a CIL not less than values specified in Table 2 of sais MORTH circular . The strength of detachment of the integrated cylindrical shanks, ( of diameter not less than 19+/-2 mm and height not less than 30+/-2 mm) from the body is to be a minimum value of 500Kgf . Fixing will be by drilling holes on the road for the shanks to go inside, without nails and using epoxy resin based adhesive as per manufacturers recommandation and complete as directed by the engineer. The marker shall support a load of 13635 Kg tested in accordance with ASTM D4280 and confirming to IRC 35-2015 guidelines and MORTH specification 804 etc complete

Providing and fixing of Retro - Reflectorised cautionary Star Sign made out of High Intensity Prismatic Grade reflective Sheeting sticked over CR sheet 0.20 mm / 32 G thickness with black enamel paint firmly fixed on the trees with 1 1/2 x 14 G wire nails of size 100 mm x 100 mm

Providing and erecting of Retro - reflectorized cautionary , Mandatory and Informatory signs (without definition board) made out of High Intensity Prismatic Grade Sheeting confirming to Type - IV standards of IRC - 67: 2012 and ASTM D -09, Specification and fixed over 2mm thick Aluminium sheet fixed over a black supporting frame of25MMx25mmx3mm Mild steel angle and supported on a mild steel angle post 75x75x6 mm with a clear height of not less than 2.10m from the ground level to the bottom of the sign board and 0.60m below ground level. The sign post should be painted as per IRC 67-2012 and firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundadation with M15 grade cement concrete 45cmx45cmx60cm size including cost and conveyance of all materials , equipment, Machinary and labour with all leads and lifts, loading charges necessary for satisfactory completion of the work as directed by the engineer in charge. Higj intensity Retro Reflectro sheet shall consist of minimum coefficient of Retro - reflection as per Table 6.6 of IRC 67-2012. The retro - reflective sheeting shall be covered under 7 year warranty issued for field performance and a certified copy of three years outdoor exposure report shall be obtained as per IRC 67 - 2012 ( as per MORTH Specification No 801)

The sign post should be painted as per IRC 67-2012 and firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with MIS grade cement concrete 45cmX45cmX60cm size including cost and conveyance of all materials, equipment, Machinery and labour with all leads and lifts, loading charges necessary for satisfactory completion of the work as directed by the engineer in charge. High intensity Retro - Reflectro sheet shall consist of minimum coefficient of Retro-reflection as per Table 6.6 of IRC 67-2012. The retro- reflective sheeting shall be covered under 7 year warranty issued for field performance and a certified copy of three years outdoor exposure report shall be obtained as per IRC 67:2012. Cement concrete 1 : 2 : 4 mix using 40mm HBG metal for foundation including watering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15cm thick., compacting etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed.

Cement concrete 1:2:4 using 20mm ISS HBG metal for all RCC item of works excluding cost of Rein forcement and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering but including curing and shall be finished smooth with cement mortar 1:3, 12mm thick. and with kraft paper without claiming extra as directed by the departmental officers complete complying with standard specifications.

Cement concrete 1:1.5:3 using 20mm ISS HBG metal for all RCC item of works excluding cost of Rein forcement and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering but including curing and shall be finished smooth with cement mortar 1:3, 12mm thick. and with kraft paper without claiming extra as directed by the departmental officers complete complying with standard specifications.

Supplying and Fabricating and placing in position MS steel or Ribbed Tor Steel for all Reinforced Cement Concrete works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire in all floors etc, Complete complying with stanard specification.(MS rod or RTS bar will be supplied departmentally at section stores and cost will be recoverd at issue rate). the binding wire shall supplied by the contactor.

Providing weepholes in brick masonry/stone masonry, plain/reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall, return wall with 100 mm dia AC pipe extending through the full width of the structures with slope of 1(V):20(H) towards drawing face complete as per drawing and technical specification Clauses 614, 709, 1204.3.7
