Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting any gauge, thickness, including nainaital or similar pattern roof coverings complete all as specified and directed.

M & L pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength 550 mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed. (Note sheet will be fixed in any position complete refer SSR PART-I)

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description as provided for Roof trusses, trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for MS framed structure roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins,tubular tress crane gantries and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats of Grade Fe 410 -W (Gde- E- 250) quality- A etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Framed work such as grills,gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washers etc,complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes confirmning to IS 1161 1979 grade st -240.00 Errection and fixing only complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of Wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/ blankets, any thickness, including cover fillet complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing false ceiling at all heights with GRG (Glass Fibre Reinforced Gypsum ) False ceiling tiles of size 595 x 595 mm of approved texture, design and patterns having moisture contents less than 2% humidity resistance of 99% NRCO.50 to .75 as pe IS8225:1987, Noncombustible as per BS 476 (Part 4)-1970 and light reflectance of 85% (Minimum) to be laid in true horizontal level suspended on interlocking metal T Grid of hot dipped galvanized iron section of 0.33 mm thick ( galvanised @ 120 gms per sqm including both sides ) comprising of main T runners of size 15 x 32 mm of length 3000mm, cross -T of size 15 x 32 mm of length 600mm to form grid module of size 600 x 600mm, suspened from ceiling using galvaized mild steel items ( galvanizing @ 80 grams per sqm) i..e 50mm long, 8mm outer diameter M-6 dash fastener 6mm dia fully threaded hanger rod upto 1000mm length and L-swhape level adjuster of size 85x25 x 2mm galvanised iron permieter wall angle of size 24 x 24 x 0.40mm of length 3000mm to be fixed on periphery wall/ partition with the help of plastic rawl plugs at 450 mm centre to centre and 50mm long dry wall wood screws. The work shall be carried out as per specifications, drawing and as per directions of the Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls, ceiling etc including rakking out joints , hacking for key , scrubbing down with water at any height etc complete all as specified and directed.
