Opening the manhole of Iron removal pressure filters and oxidation chambers and taking out the old/unserviceable existing sand gravels and feriminox agent of any size from beds and deposting the same not more than 150 mtr away from filter bed etc and washing the serviceable sand, gravells & fermimix agent by water stream and wire brush upto desired level and refilling the as per existing including cleaning and scrubing the all walls of Iron removal plant internally and externally with wire brush and white washing the same with potassium permagnate complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.(Location: Domestic pump house , tech Pump house and ATC Pump House)

Supply and filling in layers of fine sand and coarse sand in filter media in filter bed grade size 1mm to 1.5mm (as per existing) the depth of sand media varies between 60cm to 80cm very fine and 1 mm accumulated at top of the filter and coarse sand 1.5mm grade below the fine sand etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.(Location: Domestic pump house , tech Pump house and ATC Pump House)

All as per item No.2 here-in-before but intermediate 2nd layer of gravel graded size 12mm to 20mm.

All as per item No. 2 here-in-before but intermediate 3rd layer of gravel graded size 6mm to 12mm.

All as per item No. 2 here-in-before but intermediate 4th layer of gravel graded size 1mm to 6mm.

All as per item No. 2 here-in-before but feriminox/MNO2 at catolic agent. (Note: MNO2 sealed pack sample by Engr-in -charge and should be tested by contractor from any Govt approve Laboratory)

Taking out old damage alktne strainer bolted type 3/8" dia (PVC) and replace with new all as specified and as directed.

Supply of Alum Crystal of approved quality with water in proportionate way for acheiving proper sedimentation of water at all time at Pump Houses as directed by competent authority for better sedimentation process at Pump houses complete all as specifed & as Directed.( Note- The charges of dozing/ mixing of chemicals will be paid against Item No 1,2 Part - I)

Supply of Unslaked Lime ( Ca[OH]²) in poly bag container of 9 KG of approved quality with water in proportionate way for acheiving proper sedimentation of water at all time at Pump Houses as directed by competent authority for better Purification/ sedimentation process at Pump house No 5 & 8 complete all as specifed & as Directed. Note- The charges of dozing/ mixing of chemicals will be paid against Item No 1,2 Part - I ) Note for Item No. 08 to 09 :- Material will be deliver at AGE E/M Store yard in seal/intact packing and issued time to time for Pump Houses (Transportation will be beared by the contractor from AGE E/M Store yard to Pump House)

Taking down carefully electric driven decrin dosing pump set after disconnecting PVC tubing from pump set and supply main for repairs/painting and carrying the pump set to nearest repairing workshop including brought back after repair work complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismentling carefully decrin dosing pump set any capacity and taking out all serviceable and unserviceable parts and cleaning/removing all dust particles such as mould and moss etc re-assembling the same after greasing the ball bearing including necessary gaskets etc and replacement of underviceable parts. Note :- Materials required for replacement will be measured and paid separately.

Cleaning RCC GROUND SEDIMENTATION TANK/Sump 25000 GALLON Capacity, Open Type, located at Domestic PUMP HOUSE by decanting Water, Scraping Internal Surface and Bottom of the Tank with Mild Steel Scrubbers/Brush, Rubbing down Scale, Dirt, Sludge, etc, Washing with Clean Water, Taking out and removing Mud, Dirts, Silts, Sand, Iron Deposits/Sludge, etc. from inside of the Tank and depositing at a distance not exc. 50.0 METRE away from the Tank, Washing Inner Surfaces with using Lime and Bleaching Powder and removing the same until Clean Surface is obtained including Cutting of Bushes, Plants, etc., Cleaning of Drains, surrounding Area up to 3.0 METRE, complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning PS OVER HEAD TANK 20000 GALLON Capacity at 12.00 METRE high Stagging, located at Technical PUMP HOUSE by decanting Water, Cleaning of Internal Surface and Bottom of the Tank by scraping with Mild Steel Scrubbers/Brush, Rubbing down Scale, Dirt, Sludge, etc., Washing with Clean Water, Taking out and removing Mud, Dirts, Silts, Sand, Iron Deposits/Sludge, etc. from inside of the Tank and depositing at a distance not exc. 50.0 METRE away from the Tank, Washing Inner Surfaces with using Lime and Bleaching Powder and removing the same until clear water is obtained including Cutting of Bushes, Plants, etc., Cleaning of Drains, surrounding Area, complete including inlet, outlet washout, overflow,pipe duly painted by different colour coding as per MES all as specified and as directed.

All as per Item No. 24 here-in-before but RCC OVER HEAD TANK 50000 GALLON Capacity at 12.00 METRE high Stagging, located at Domestic PUMP HOUSE complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparing Outer Surfaces of IR plant TANK of PRESSURE FEED FILTRATION PLANT comprising of OXIDATION PLANT, PRE –FILTER, IRON REMOVAL PLANT of 15000 GALLON Capacity, located at Domestic PUMP HOUSE and applying Two Coats of Synthetic Enamel Paint (as approved by Engr-in-Charge) with Spray Painting Machine,including Arrow marking on inlet & outlet pipe line complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparing Outer Surfaces of IR plant TANK of PRESSURE FEED FILTRATION PLANT comprising of PRE –FILTER and IRON REMOVAL PLANT of 10000 GALLON Capacity, located at Technical PUMP HOUSE.and applying Two Coats of Synthetic Enamel Paint (as approved by Engr-in-Charge) with Spray Painting Machine,including Arrow marking on inlet & outlet pipe line complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparing Outer Surfaces of IR plant TANK of PRESSURE FEED FILTRATION PLANT comprising of OXIDATION PLANT, and IRON REMOVAL PLANT of 8000 GALLON Capacity, located at ATC PUMP HOUSE No. and applying Two Coats of Synthetic Enamel Paint (as approved by Engr-in-Charge) with Spray Painting Machine,including Arrow marking on inlet & outlet pipe line complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparing Old Painted Steel Surfaces of Pipes those are exposed & laid horizontally at Pump houses not exc. 100mm Width or Girth by Scrapping with Mild Steel Wire Brush and Sand Papering to remove all the Loose Paint, Sludges, Rust, etc. and applying Two Coats of Synthetic Enamel Paint over a Coat of Red Oxide Zinc Chrome Primer, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down carefully electric driven centrifugal pump set 20HP capacity including MS channels frame from foundation after disconnecting GI pipes/main electric supply from motor starter panel and keeping the MS channel frame at site for repairs/painting and carrying the pump set to nearest repairing workshop including brought back after repair work complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismentling carefully centrifugal pump set 20HP capacity and taking out all serviceable and unserviceable parts and cleaning/removing all dust particles such as mould and moss etc re-assembling the same after greasing the ball bearing including necessary gaskets etc and replacement of underviceable parts. Note :- Materials required for replacement will be measured and paid separately.

Supply only the following spare parts of centrifugal pump set complete all as specified and as directed (a). Pump shaft with impeller key and nuts suitable for 20HP capacity type - DES80/36 Make :- KIRLOSKAR or equivalent make as approved

(b) Cast iron impeller for 20 HP capacity pump type - DSM 2E as per sample.

(c ) Shaft sleeve DE/NDE

(d) Ball Bearing No. 6306 Make : TATA/SKF/NBC

Dismantling carefully centrifugal pump motor 20 HP capacity and taking out the burnt/worn coils from the slots of stator and other accessories such as ball bearing and rotor and cleaning the stator slots and rewinding the same with new supper enamelled copper winding with appropriate gauge, heating, varnishing with doctor beck's insulating varnish and re-assembling the same and testing comissioning complete al as directed by Egr - in - chrage.

Labour only for lifting/lowering of U/S 20 HP capacity submersible pump set from tube well after disconnecting the electric supply and taking out one by one all column pipes flanged type 80 mm/bore each or suitable size pipe length 6.15 mtr long keeping serviceable fittings in safe custody for reuse/removing U/S materials from site/ making good disturbed surfaces and carrying submersible pump set to nearest repairing workshop including brought back after repair work and lowering the same after replacement unserviceable spare parts such as cloumn pipes flanged type 80mm dia and fixing with new rubber gasket/nuts/ bolts/washers of suitable size etc. including connection of electric supply to motor, testing/commissioning etc. complete all as directed and specified by Engr-in-Charge. Note. : Replacement of Column pipes shall be measured and paid seperately under respective item.

Dismantling carefully submersible motor 15/20 HP capacity and taking out the burnt/worn coils from the slots of stator and other accessories such as ball bearing/bushing and rotor etc . including necessay cutting/grinding/drilling/machining works for fixing of spare parts and cleaning the stator slots and rewinding the same with new supper enamelled copper winding wire with appropriate gauge, heating, varnishing with doctor beck's insulating varnish and re-assembling the same testing complete all as specified and directed

Dismentling carefully submersible pump 15/20 HP capacity and taking out all serviceable / unserviceable parts and cleaning/removing all mould/ moss/ foreign material scale and dirt etc. Re-assembling the same after greasing the ball bearing including necessary gaskets and replacement of underviceable spare parts all as directed . Note :- Materials required for replacement will be measured and paid separately.

Galvanised iron column pipes heavy duty 80 mm dia bore, 3 M long each pipe both end threaded, fixed with two Nos galvanised iron flange on both end, including welding ( both inside and outside) and drilling holes on flanges as per existing size/ granding etc. Make : Jindal/Tata.

M & L painting of 20 HP capacity centrifugal pump set after removing old painted/rusted surface by paint removers with blow lamps, claming with scrapers etc over the surface of motor/ pump/chennal base of pump set and painting with two coat of grey synthetic enamel paint on motor/pump body /two coat of red synthetic enamel paint on fan guard/two coat of black synethic enamal paint on base chennal frame over two coat of red oxide primer shall be painted with electrical spray machine all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix 2 mtr length heavy duty PVC flexible armoured pipe with jubilee clip on both ends of size 15 mm dia

Material & labour for rewinding of electric motor 3/5 HP with supper enamelled copper wire of existing gauge, varnishing drying with electric furnace process with taking down burnt winding cleanining of stator and rotor including replacement of bush, bearing and greasing including replacement of compressor fan belt two nos etc testing & commissioning complete all as directed.

Reparing the unserviceable butterfly valve 100mm bore by dismantling all the parts and replacement of all unserviceable parts like lock nut, gaskets, packings, nuts, bolts, & washers and making it functional complete all as directed.

Taking out old unserviceable Diaphragam valve of 100mm size of Zeolite iron removal plant with cutting the rusted bolts, nuts with Rubber sheet, materials & labour of Diaphragam valve of size 100mm bore with flanged ends heavy duty of class PN 1.6 ISI marked drilled for bolts comprising of gun metal spindle with nuts and cast iron operating handle including necessary rubber gasket joint complete with nuts bolts and washers all as per sample and specified and directed (Make : RMCO/ KIRLOSKAR/BIR)
