Levelling and dressing of the area by mechnical means, including earth work over area of average thickness 300mm, removal of all the vegetation, roots up to 300mm depth, tree branches, dry leaves, boulders, stone pieces, brick bats, concrete, etc including transporting and disposing off grass/surplus earth, etc. at directed locations inside Anushakti Nagar, including clearing area of grass/vegetation/dry leaves & twigs/floating materials etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in charge. (The work has to be carried out carefully without damaging existing trees and any other services passing through the area. If necessary trail pit may be made before taking up of the work in the area.)

Providing and laying Mexican grass turf with earth 50mm to 60mm thickness of existing ground prepared with proper level and ramming with tools wooden (Dhurmos) and than rolling the surface with light roller make the surface smoothen and light waterning with sprinkler including cleaning of the site, removing all vegetation, roots, boulders, stone pieces, debris and disposing the surplus earth/debris at specified locations inside AnushaktiNagar, mixing of red garden soil and manure 2:1 proportion (excluding cost of red garden soil & manure) fine dressing of the surface, consolidation, watering etc., as per direction of officer-in-charge.

Providing and spreading of red garden soil free from stones,pebbles etc., the soil has to be unloaded at the gate of Sangam Jalvayu Vihar and thereafter it has to be transported by hand cart to the actual site, as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge & as per specifications.(Quantity will be taken as per truck body measurement filled with red garden soil without deduction of any voids. )

Providing and spreading of well decomposed, dry farm yard manure free from soil & undecomposed grass etc., the FYM has to be unloaded at the gate of Sangam Jalvayu Vihar and thereafter it has to be transported by hand cart to the actual site, as directed by the Engineer/Officer-in-charge and as per specifications. (Measurements will be as per truck body dimensions without any deduction of voids.)

Providing of plastic pots of specified size for planting of indoor plants including taxes & cost of transportation etc all complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Maintenance of Lawn/ground,new planted trees, shrubs& hedges etc, (Area 5900 Sq.m X 08 Months plus 2150sqm existing area X 12 months) watering the lawns, plants twice a week, mowing lawns fortnighty, weeding shruberries , top dressing of manure & soil , preparation of basins around new planted trees & making it smooth, prunning of existing trees/shrubs overgrown branches whenever required, keeping the area in clean condition, rodents & crabs by baiting as & when required by taking necessary precautions, including cost of disposing of garden waste specified locations inside AnushaktiNagar etc. Compleate all as per specifications & as directed by EIC. NOTE:- Actual area maintained will be measured in Sq.m Pucca drain, manhole chembers & any other structure within garden area will not be considered for measurement/payment.
