Dismantling of asbestos cement (corrugated, semi-corrugated, etc.) sheets in roof coverings complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 6 mm thick asbestos cement, corrugated or semi corrugated sheets in roof, walls etc fixed 'L' type or 'J' type hooks complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of ridges/gutter including 'L' type or 'J' type hooks or cranked bolts etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L plain galvanised mild steel 1.00mm thick sheeting in ridges, hips, vally gutters, drip and straight flashings (length and girth as fixed) with grade of zinc coating 275 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:2:4, type B-0, using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate in fillets junction of roof and parapet wall coving, slightly chamfered or rounded complete all as specified and directed

Cutting grooves in brick wall 75 mm wide and 65 mm deep complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brickwork, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillar etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brick work with subclass B bricks, old size, straight or curved on plan, exc 6 m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface mixed with water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed. Note :- WPC will be measured paid separately

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed (Make - Pidilite, water Seal acro paints, snowem)

M & L for new preparation of plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coat of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down/ removing existing roof treatment any material (PCC, brick coba, plaster, water proofing membarne, etc) over roof slab, roughning and wire brushing the surface to remove the loose concrete, dust and cleaning the surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cutting out cracks to 'V' section in existing roof or terraces cleaning out wetting groves and supplying and filling cement mortar in CM (1:3) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying 15 mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 with water proofing compound including @ 2% by weight of cement complete all as specified and directed. Note :- WPC will be measured paid separately

Material and labour for water proofing treatment of roof slab all as specified below. (Note- Each stage passed by GE/ Engr in Charge) (a) Preparation of plastered surface of roof by brushing and cleaning (b) Applying a priming coat with bitumen primer @0.5 Kg/Sqm. (c) Applying tack coat of hot blown industrial bitumen grade 85/25 @ 1.20Kg per sqm (d) Laying polymeric water proofing membrane weight not less than 3kg/sqm

S&F wire netting of galvanised steel wire 0.71 mm dia and size of mesh in 12 mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L providing PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in bed plates, coping, padding, finished even & smooth without extra cement including group cutting complete all as spd & directed

Dismantling wall and ceiling board or insulation board /slabs/blanket any thickness including cover fillets complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 605x605mm snap grid of powder coated galvanized iron of angle of size 23mm x 23mm of 30 gauge (Perimeter), T section of size 23mm x32mm main and 23mm x 25mm (intermediate) of 30 gauge suitable for false ceiling including GI strip of 20mm wide of 30 gauge for hanging arrangement etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 4 mm thick non asbestos fibre cement building designer boards fixed in ceiling or laid/inserted to timber/GI/aluminun frame complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down 20 mm bore steel tubing and connections including removal to store/ site and making good dismantled portion as requird complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only 20 mm bore old steel tubing and connection in new or old position walls, celing, roof etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 20 mm bore tubes medium grade galvanised, with all fitting and fixed complete to walls and ceilings,roofs or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down15 mm bore steel tubing and connections including removal to store/ site and making good dismantled portion as requird complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only 15 mm bore old steel tubing and connection in new or old position walls, celing, roof etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 15 mm bore tubes, medium grade, galvanised, with all fitting and fixed complete to walls and ceilings, roofs or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks, setting aside (or lowering if required) Capacity in litres 500 Ltr including float valve complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks three layer with cover (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part I (Capacity in litres 500) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair gun-metal globe or gate valves 20 mm dia with iron wheel head screwed both ends for iron pipe complete all as specified and directed.

S & F ball valve, high pressure of PTMT withepoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed (20mm bore dia of pipe) complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair ball valve high pressure high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe (20mm bore dia of pipe ) complete all as specified and directed.

Refixing existing rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (Capacity in litres 500) taken down under item No. 28 including repairs, cleaning etc and hoisting if required complete all as specified and directed.
