Amount

(a) Removing white or colour wash by steel wire brushing and/ or scraping, sand papering and preparing the wall surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches complete.

Providing two coats of Birla White Wall Care Putty (Water Resistant White Cement based putty for concrete/ mortar walls and ceiling both internal and external) after removing all loosely adhering material from the wall surface with the help of emery stone, putty blade or wire brush and moistening the wall with sufficient quantity of clean water as specified and directed by the department. (Total thickness of two coats is maximum 1.5mm)

a) Applying one coat of cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on new wall surface after throughly brooming the surfaces free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth.

Wall painting (two coats) with Plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture (Asian paint/ Berger paint/ ICI paint/ J & N paint/ Nerolac) on new surface to give an even shade after throughly brushing the surfaces free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and sand papered smooth. Finishing wall with two coats of acrylic emulsion exterior coatings of Unicem "Rakshak" brand of required shade by thinning 1ltr. of paint with 750ml of water to give an even shade after throughly brooming the surfaces to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials as specified and directed by the department.

Supplying cleaning floor tiles using hydrocloric acid and filling the gap with white cement etc. completed as directed by department.

Applying primary coat over new steel and other metal surface upto 100m in width or girth after preparing the surface by throughly cleaning oil,grease, dirtand other foreign matter and scoured with wire brushes, fine steels, wood scrapers and sand paper.a). With ready mixed "red-lead/ red oxide" primer.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new steel and other metal surface with enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture(Asian paint/ Berger paint/ ICI paint/ J & N paint/ Nerolac) to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter.(i).Surfaces over 100mm in width or girth.b). High gloss (Asian paint/ Berger paint/ ICI paint/ J & N paint/ Nerolac).

Providing, fitting and fixing anodised aluminium sliding windows and ventilators of standard sections of approved brand without horizontal glazing bars, joints mitred and welded (manufactured to relevant IS specifications) and providing and fixing handles, angle cleat, rubber gasket, roller, bolting device, locking arrangements, screws etc as required complete as specified and directed for all levels.(a)2 Track sliding window, (iii)6mm coloured glass

Providing and laying controlled cement concrete pavement of approved grade with 20mm down graded stone aggregate over a prepared sub-base including dewatering if necessary, spread, compacted and finished in a continuous operation including provision of construction and expansion joints, plasticiser and curing compound of Fosroc/ Sika/ Choksey/ Degusa and hardener of Recron/ Degusa/ Fosroc; finishing to lines and grades and curing as specified and directed complete (form work and reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately). Providing and installation of weather proof acrylic synthetic 2 - layer flooring for outdoor Tennis court of approved brand & manufacture and approved colour complete as per specification of the Department.

Cleaning / removing / surface preparation to make it workable by thoroughly cleaning with wire brush etc. followed by power washing for making the surface absolutely free from any foreign particles like dust, oil, grease etc. and allowing surface to dry complete as directed at all levels.
