M&L for preparation of old decorated /painted surfaces of ceilng and applying one coat of oil emulsion, distemper all as including cleaning splashes of distmeper on floor/objects etc all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 5mm thick in CM 1:3 on ceiling of concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement in patches exc 1.0 Sqm to n. exc 3.0 Sqm including taking down plaster, raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and removing rubbish of the premisesall as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing of newly plastered surfaces and applying three coats of white wash on ceilings complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

M&L for preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of ceiling and applying two coat of oil emulsion, distemper incl priming the surface with alkali resistant primimg paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated/paintedsurfaces of walls and cornices and applying one coat of white wash including stopping of nail holes, filling of cracks, etc and cleaning all window panes from splashes / dropping all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old distempered surfaces of walls and applying two coat of Oil emulsion, distemper including stopping of nail holes, filling of cracks, etc and cleaning all window panes from splashes / droppings, all as specified and directed.

M&L for washing, rubbing and brooming for preparation of existing surface and cleaning with water of old painted surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper over a coat 1 mm thick wall care putty, including stopping of nail holes, filling of cracks, etc and cleaning all window panes from splashes / droppings, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:6 on fair face of brick or concrete surfaces of walls finished even and fair Including taking down, raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and removing rubbish of the premises and applying two coats of oil bond distemper over a coat of 1mm thick wall care puttyafter preparation of surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for newly plaster surface of walls and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper over a coat of primer over 1 mm thick wall care putty, including stopping of nail holes, filling of cracks, etc and cleaning all window panes from splashes / droppings, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls externally and applying one coat of cement based paint including cleaning all window panes from splashes / dropping of all as specified

M&L for washing, rubbing and brooming for preparation of existing old decorated wall surfaces and applying two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm incl all necessary safety norms to the workers all as specified and directed.

M&L for 1mm thick wall care putty complete all as specified.

M&L rendering 15mm thick in CM (1 :4) with WPC of 3% on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finshed even and fair including taking down, raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and removing rubbish of the premises complete all as specified and as directed.( WPC wiil be paid separately)

Supply only Integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for newly plaster surfaces of Wall and applying two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm incl all necessary safety norms to the workers all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of old painted surfaces of wood work and joinery exceeding 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat synthetic enamel paint all as specified

Removal of vegetation/tree growth etc on external surface of walls or on roof top in two/four storey building by taking all necessary precaution to the workers and also the adjacent govt properties including digging out of filling holes with PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using (20 mm graded stone aggregate) and finishing the surface to match adjacent surfaces after application of suitable chemical using " break" manufactured by M/S denocil company or equivalent to avoid re growth of the vegetation and removing the debris to outside the MD land complete all as specified and directed(Any damage to the adjacent govt properties like glass windows , pipes lines etc to be made good without any extra cost. (a) For plants firth not exc 5 cm

(b) All as above item No for plants girth exc 5 cm and n.exc 15 cm

M&L preparation of old painted surfaces of steel and iron work exc 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint all as specified. Note:- painting of steel surfaces catered for G+3 Bldg and contractor have to arrange Scaffolding for the same for painting of outer surface and quoted rate will be inclusive of all scaffolding work. No extra payment will be considered
