Taking up/ down carefully unserviceable CI/GI pipe (including all fittings) with spigot and socket ends and joints, connections from the trenches of size of 150mm dia all as specified and directed.

Taking up/ down carefully unserviceable CI/GI pipe (including all fittings) with spigot and socket ends and joints, connections from the trenches of size of 100mm dia all as specified and directed.

Taking up/down carefully unserviceable GI Pipe and connections from the trenches or removal from walls, floors etc of size 50mm bore all as specified and directed.

Steel water tubing medium grade galvanized with all fittings and laid in trenches / fixed on walls / floors of size 50mm bore all as specified and directed.

Supply, lay, connect and testing Ductile iron pipe with spigot and socket ends, class 'K-9" confirming to IS 8329-2000 laid in trenches as per IS 12288-1987 complete of size of bore of pipe 100mm inlcuding necessary joints using rubber gasket complete all as specified and directed. Note: Specials shall be measured and paid seperately.

Supply, lay, connect and testing Ductile iron pipe with spigot and socket ends, class 'K-9" confirming to IS 8329-2000 laid in trenches as per IS 12288-1987 complete of size of bore of pipe 150mm inlcuding necessary joints using rubber gasket complete all as specified and directed. Note: Specials shall be measured and paid seperately.

Taking down steel tubing of size 25mm bore medium grade and connections, and kept for credit to contractor all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5M wide and not exceeding 1.5M in depth and getting out in any type of soil for laying of pipe etc complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 Cms thick etc in soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil/ material to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point all as specified and directed.

Supply, lay, connect and testing Ductile iron pipe flanged type ends, class 'K-9" and fixing accessories such as bolt and nuts rubber gaskets etc confirming to IS 8329-2000 laid in trenches as per IS 12288-1987 complete of size of bore of pipe 150mm all as specified and directed. Note: Specials shall be measured and paid seperately.

Material and labour for DI specials class 'K-9' such as bends (any type, radius and angle) Tapers any type, T-junction, double branch etc suitable for the pipes all as specified and directed.

Dismantling the existing broken valve chamber completely and construction of new valve chamber having inner dimension 750mm x 750mm x 600 mm suitable for upto 150 mm sluice valve with PCC 1: 4: 8 type D2 for foundation, using 40mm graded stone aggregate brick work in cement mortar (1:4), PCC 1: 2: 4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate for coping, rendering in CM 1:4, 15mm thick inner and outer upto 15cm below ground level including provision of MS Sheet top cover 3.15 mm thick with brazing of MS flat of size 25 mm x 4mm at edges and in diagonal and angle iron base frame of 40 x 40 x 5 mm, painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer and locking arrangements including necessary excavation earth work complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old unserviceable sluice valve and Supply and fix PN-1.60 sluice valve cast iron double flanged type non raising spindle with hand wheel and fixed by means of suitable bolts and nuts etc,after putting new rubber gasket etc for 100mm dia all as specified and directed.

Taking down old unserviceable sluice valve and Supply and fix PN-1.60 sluice valve cast iron double flanged type non raising spindle with hand wheel and fixed by means of suitable bolts and nuts etc,after putting new rubber gasket etc for 150mm dia all as specified and directed.

Taking down old air release valve and supply and fix air release valve CI of 150mm size kinetic air release type double orifice and flanged end all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 90 degree duck foot bend of ductile iron, bore dia 150mm flanged end all as specified and directed.

Cutting PCC paving / road etc not exceeding 15cm thick for laying of Pipe all as specified and directed. Note: Road thickness only measured under this item.

PCC anchorage / thrust blocks to DI pipe of 150mm dia at bending point all as specified and directed.

PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate 100mm thick for making good road, finished fair and even all as specified and directed.

Reinforced cement concrete 1;2:4 type B1 for columns for supporting DI pipe of 150mm dia including necessary form workall as specified and directed.

Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape as required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips etc complete all as specified and directed.
