CIVIL WORK

Dismantling Plain cement concrete and clearing away as directed by departmental officers.

EARTH WORK excavation for foundation in all classes of soils and subsoils to full depth, as may be directed except in hard rock, requiring blasting including initial leads and lifts and refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth in 150mm layers well watered rammed and consolidated including depositing surplus earth with in the Godown or inside compound in places shown with initial leads and lifts, clearing, leveling site, shoring, strutting, baling of water wherever necessary etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Providing and laying crushed stone sand gravel mix (1:1) at the rate of 0.62 cu.m of filling crushed stone sand and 0.66 cu.m of gravel to consolidated 1 hide of 150mm designed to attain a CBR value of not less than 20 including cost and conveyance of crushed stone sand gravel from approved sources to work site and stacking them to the departmental gauge for premeasurement including labour charges for power roller watering and all other tools and plants employed including all other incidental charges etc., complete.

CEMENT CONCRETE 1:5:10(one cement , five sand and ten aggregate)using 40mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation including de-watering side shuttering , strutting, wherever necessary including curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed.

Providing vacuum de watered controlled cement surfacing 100mm thick in required slope and chamber confirming M20 grade with 20mm size stone aggregate cast in situ ,smooth finish and leveling with double framed screed vibrator ,excess water to be removed through vacuum pump with bottom and top filter mat duly sealing the edges all round including provisions of polythene sheet below the concrete layer before placing of concrete and finishing with paver floated and power trawler to obtain the hard surface including provision of expansion joints at 6mtr intervals across the platform by cutting 6mm wide and full depth of concrete by contractors own mechanical means and filling the gap with polysulphide sealant and adding admixture recron 3S for crackfree construction at the rate of 125 gms pack per 50kg of cement with all lead , lift and other incidental works etc..,complete and as directed by the corporation officers (All labour , materials ,tools and plants etc.., including cement by the contractor only)

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position MS/RTS grills for reinforcement for all R.C.C. works as per design given including cost of steel and G.I. binding wire in all floors etc., complete4 complying with standard specification(Contractor has to make his own arrangements for the supply of steel and binding wire)

PLASTERING with cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three sand) 20mm thick including scaffolding, finishing, curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Providing FORM WORK for centering the soffits of all reinforcement concrete work including strutting to the required (3 metre) height with mild-steel sheets of size 90cmx60cm 10 gauge stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mmx25mmx3mm laid with country wood joist of average of size 10cmx6.50cm at about 90cm centres with casurina props of 13cm dia at 75cm centre to centre with all nails coir,wedges complete and removing the form work after necessary curing period as directed by the corporations officers. The rates should inclusives of cutting , bending, welding , charges of M.S sheets, M.S. angles etc., Complete Panel wall.

Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4(one cement,two sand and four aggregate) using 20mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly including dewatering, side shuttering, strutting, wherever necessary including curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.
