Dismantling existing u/s valvepit & Construction of brick masonary valve pit size 90x 90x90 CM (internal dimension) one brick thick wall in cm 1:4 and 100mm thick PCC 1:4:8 in foundation and 15 mm thick plastering. Providing valve pit cover made of 3 mm thick MS sheet/plate welded with 40x40x6 mm angle iron frame fixed or top of valve pit by means of hold fast 150mm long, embedded in PCC 1:2:4 type B1, bricks of size 230x110x75mm including two coat of anticorrsive paint over a coat of red oxide primer and necessary earth work in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for ductile iron pipes fittings likes socket,bend, nipple etc and all jointing materials of pipes complete all as specified and directed.

S&F air compressor with 10 HP electric motor 3 phase,415 Volt,1450 RPM, 375 CMF,pressure not less than 2.5 kg/cm2 suitable for backwashing of rapid sand gravity plant complete incl starter and dismantling of old existing one for stacking in MES stores all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F FRP solution prepration tank with lid, port hole, inlet / outlet / drain connection, level gauge etc and fitted with speed reducing motor & SS-316 agitator combined with dosing tank with lid, port hole, inlet / outlet / drain connection, level gauge etc. Prepration tank - 170 ltrs, Dosing tank - 100 ltrs complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for repairing/replacement of Flush Mixer motorised agitator with gear & SS spindle length not exc 3.5 Mtr & SS-304 blades ,clamps, nut, bolts,rubber,GM bush,greasing and dismantling of attached electric motor not exc 2.0 HP with gear system and removing all burnt/wornout coils cleaning the slots and rewinding with super enamelled copper wire of existing size including varnishing two coats, drying after applying heat and reassembling the electric motor at site on full load for 08 hours complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for repairing/replacement of clarifier bridge after dismantling (with proper arrangement i.e. Crane & ladder etc) driving arrangement with foot mounted motor 0.75 KW,415 V,3 phase -03 Nos with current controller fixed in floccultaor sump.The rate includes replacement /Repairing of SS spindle dia not exc 40 MM length not exc 5.0 Mtr-02 Nos & SS blades,bearings as per sample, clamps, nut, bolts,rubber bush & gasket,GM bush after greasing it properly and dismantling of attached electric motor not exc 3.0 HP -03 Nos and heat varnishing it properly with two coats, drying after applying heat and reassembling the electric motor at site on full load for 08 hours complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for cutting RCC sump for insertion of CI/GI/DI pipes of size not exc 200 mm bore dia and making good / sealing of surface to avoid any future leakage complete all as specified and as direceted by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position alongwith taking out of common steel pipes or any work of any in foundation for support of pipes complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

M & L plain cement concrete (1:2:4), type B2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregrate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete as suitable for foundation complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cutting the existing CI/DI water mains for addn/altrn or for taking branch connections/insertion of new tees, branches from pipe sizes not exc 300 mm complete all as directed by Engg in charge.

Excavation in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth or n exc 10 Sqm on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth & getting out, for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes or for laying underground cable, pipe lines etc. in soft/ loose soil, complete all as specified & directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cms thick in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials to a distance not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point in soils complete all as directed.

Demolition of brick work/ block masonry or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facing dressed stone work and precast concrete articles and removal all rubbish material complete all as specified directed.

M&L for pre-cast cement concrete block masonry 1:3:6 Type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.
