EARTH WORK

Earth work in excavation in foundations trenches etc. in all kinds of soil where Pick-Jumper work is not involved and not exceeding 2.0 metres depth including dressing of bottom and sides of trenches, stacking the excavated soil clear from the edge of excavation and subsequent filling around masonry in 15 cm, layers with compaction including disposal of all surplus soil as directed within lead of 30 metres

Providing and applying Anti Termite Treatment using pre constructional chemical treatment measures as per IS- 6313- 2001(Part 2) & using Chemical containg chloropyrifos systemic insecticide diluted to manufacturer's specifications (i) In foundation pits, by treating the bottom& sides upto height of 300 mm by uniformly spraying solution @5Litre/Sqm(ii) In there fill earth on both sides of all builtup walls @ 7.5Litre/Running meter(width-300mm,depth- 450mm ) (iii) Before laying the floor, by uniformly sprinkling the top surface of the consolidated earth within the outer perimeter@5 Litre solution per Sqm. Note :- The Engineer in Charge will ensure consumption of chemical as per manufacturer's specifications & minimum 5years warranty from the concerned dealer.

Supplying and filling cinder on roof (Ist story) including light ramming

DISMANTLING

Dismantling of brick work in cement sand mortar / limemortar includingT&Pscaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable material.& staking the serviceable material with all lifts& lead of 100 metre (By Mechanical Means)

Providing and laying waterproofing treatment to vertical and horizontal surfaces of depressed portions of W.C., kitchen and the like consisting of: i) Ist course of applying cement [email protected] Kg/sqm mixed with waterproofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 in recommended proportions including rounding off junction of vertical and horizontal surface. ii)IInd course of 20mm cement plaster 1:3(1 cement : 3 coarse sand) mixed with water proofing compound in recommended proportion including rounding off junction of vertical and horizontal surface. iii) IIIrd course of applying blown or residual bitumen applied hot at 1.7kg per sqm of area. iv) IVth course of 400micron thick PVC sheet. (Overlaps at joints of PVC sheet should be 100mm wide and pasted to each other with bitumen @ 1.7 Kg/sqm).

Waterproofing of wet areas ( Concrete/ Masonary Surface ) and any water retaining structures such as swimming pools, water tanks, Bathrooms,toilets, balconies, planters etc with high performance polymer modified cementitionous coating ( DR. FIXIT FASTFLEX / Equivalent ) to provide tough film build-up and highly elastic film formation, which accommodates thermal movements so as to provide seamless coating without any joints to prevents water leakage. The scope of work also includes surface prepration and cleaning, washing and removing dust,dirt and loose particles from concrete / masonary surface complete in all respects

Terracing consiting of tiles 22.86x11.43x3.83cm laid over 25 mm mud plaster 7.5 cm mud filling on another layer of 25mm mud plaster including two coats of bitumen laid hot at 1.65 Kg. /Sqm top of R.C.C. slab including grouting with cement sand mortar 1:4 and top surface to be left clean after wire brushing.

The tiles should have Humidity Resistance (RH) of 99%, Light Reflection > 85%, Thermal Conductivity k = 0.052 - 0.057 w/m K, Fire Performance as per (BS 476 pt - 6 &7)in true horizontal level suspended on interlocking T-Grid of hot dipped all round galvanized iron section of 0.33 mm thick (galvanized @120 gsm) comprising of main T runners of 15x32 mm of length 3000 mm, cross T of size 15x32mm of length 1200 mm and secondary intermediate cross T of size 15x32 mm of length 600 mm to form grid module of size 600x600 mm suspended from ceiling using galvanized mild steel item (galvanised@80gsm) 50 mm long 8mm outer diameter M-6 dash fasteners, 6 mm diameter fully threaded hanger rod up to 1000 mm length and L-shape level adjuster of size 85x25x2 mm, spaced at 1200 mm centre to centre along main ‘T’. Providing and fixing partition upto ceiling height consisting of G.I. frame and required board including providing and fixing of frame work made of special section power pressed/ role form G.I. sheet with zinc coating of grade 175 consisting of floor and ceiling channel 50mm wide having equal flanges of 32mm and 0.5mm thick fixed to the floor and ceiling at the spacing of 610mm centre to centre with dash fastener of 12.5mm diameter,40mm length and the studs 48mm wide having one flange of 34mm and other flange 36mm and 0.50mm thick fixed vertically within flanges of floor and ceiling channel and placed at a spacing of 610mm centre to centre by 6mm dia bolts and nuts at both ends of partition fixed flush to wall with rawl plugs at spacing 450mm centre to centre and fixing of boards to either side of frame work by 25mm drive all screws on studs, floor and ceiling channels at the spacing of 300mm centre to centre, including jointing and finishing to a flush finish with recommended jointing compound, jointing tape, joint finisher and two coats of primer suitable for board as per manufacture’s specificatior and direction of engineer-in-charge all complete.

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes in light colour shades made using Full Body Technology (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption’s less than 0.08% and conforming to IS : 15622 of approved make in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand), complete. ( Full body vitrified tiles have pigment in entire body / thickness of tile which makes chips and scratches less noticeable and make na ideal choice for high traffic zones.)

Providing and laying 80 mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking Paving blocks of M-40 grade machine made rubber moulded smooth finish with strong vibratory process and approved size and design/ shape laid in Ordinary Grey Colour and pattern over and Including 40 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc, all complete as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

WHITE WASHING, DSTEMPERING, PAINTING & POLISHING

Applying priming coat with cement primer in all shade on newly plastered or concrete exterior surface.

Providing and fixing factory made uPVC white colour casement/casement cum fixed glazed windows comprising of uPVC multi-chambered frame, sash and mullion (where ever required) extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 ± 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVC profile), uPVC extruded glazing beads of appropriate dimension, EPDM gasket, stainless steel (SS 304 grade) friction hinges, zinc alloy (white powder coated) casement handles, G.I fasteners 100 x 8 mm size for fixing frame to finished wall, plastic packers, plastic caps and necessary stainless steel screws etc. Profile of frame & sash shall be mitered cut and fusion welded at all corners, mullion (if required) shall be also fusion welded including drilling of holes for fixing hardware and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealant over backer rod of required size and of approved quality, all complete as per approved drawing & direction of Engineer-in-Charge. ROAD WORK

Construction of granular sub-base by providing material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per MORD technical specifications

Construction of dry lean cement concrete Subbase over a prepared sub-grade with coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS: 383, the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, aggregate cement ratio not to exceed 15:1, aggregate gradation after blending to be as per table 600-1, cement content not to be less than 150 kg/ cum, optimum moisture content to be determined during trial length construction, concrete strength not to be less than 10 Mpa at 7 days, mixed in a batching plant, transported to site with transit mixer with lead up to 10 km., laid with a paver with electronic sensor, compacting with 8- 10 tonnes vibratory roller, finishing and curing.

Construction of un-reinforced M-40 grade concrete pavement with dowel jointed over a prepared sub base with 43 grade OPC cement of concrete, coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a fully computerised batch mix plant as per approved mix design, transported to site in transit mixer with lead up to 10 km. laid with a fixed form or slip form paver, spread, compacted and finished in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, joint filler, separation membrane, sealant primer, joint sealant, debonding strip, dowel bar, tie rod, admixtures as approved, curing compound, finishing to lines and grades as per clause 602 of MORT&H 5th Revision.

HORTICULTURE WORK

Supplying and stacking at site of work well decayed farm yard manure from approved site of work including screening through sieve of I.S. designation 16 mm with 5 km lead

Supplying at site of work good quality top soil, free from debris and weeds, from approved site of work with 5 km lead.

Rough grassing including uprooting rank vegetation and weeds by digging the area to a depth of 15cm, removing all weeds and other growth with roots by forking repeatedly,breaking clods,mixing fertilizer, levelling and dressing for planting new grass, including disposal of all rubbish with all leads and lifts, planting doob grass in rows 15cm apart in both directions, watering and maintenance till first mowing.
