NOTE:- Two runs of 6 sq.mm and one run of 6 sq.mm and one run of PVC casing and caping shall be measured as one unit.

NOTE:- Four runs of 10 sq.mm and two runs of of 10 sq.mm and one run of PVC casing and caping shall be measured as one unit.

Sub main wiring power/circuit using FR PVC insulated unsheathed, 1100 volts grade, multi stranded copper conductor cable four runs single core of size 16 sq.mm, two runs of earth continuity conductor of size 16 sq.mm green in colour drawn through and including PVC casing and caping of suitable size, medium grade in walls / roof / floors including taking down the existing complete all as directed. NOTE:- Four runs of 16 sq.mm and two runs of of 16 sq.mm and one run of PVC casing and caping shall be measured as one unit.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel plate electrode 600mm x 600mm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25mtr deep below ground level) with top edge not less than 1.5 m below ground level connected to earth lead by GI wire 4 mm dia by means of bolts nuts, check nuts, washers made out of galvanised iron connected to main switch all as shown in elect plate No 3 of MES SSR Part -I includingn excavation and earth work in any type of soil,funnel, 20 mm dia light grade GI watering pipe with chamber of PCC 1:3:6 type C1 40mm thick of size 450mm x450mm (1:2:4) type B1 for cover slab reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars 10cm c/c both ways and with 6mm MS hook etc complete all as specified including testing on completion all as specified and directed.

Removing the window type AC / split type AC of 1.0/1.5/2.0 ton capacity from location, servicing the AC, cleaning the condenser and evaporator coil by blower, checking the electrical wiring, repalcement of burnt out wiring terminals, cleaning the air filter, gas charging, adjusting relays etc., replacement of unserviceable spare parts and fixing back at location, testing and commissioning complete all as directed.

Removing the split type AC 1.5 ton capacity of any make from position transporting to a reputed workshop, cutting the suction and discharge line of unserviceable compressor and replace with new factory made hermatically sealed compressor of same make and type, connecting the suction and discharge line, vacuuming the entire system, arresting all leakages, charging of required quantity of refrigerant, adjusting relays, thermostat etc bringing back and installing in its original position including testing and commissioning complete all as directed.

Removing the split type AC 2.0 ton capacity of any make from position transporting to a reputed workshop, cutting the suction and discharge line of unserviceable compressor and replace with new factory made hermatically sealed compressor of same make and type, connecting the suction and discharge line, vacuuming the entire system, arresting all leakages, charging of required quantity of refrigerant, adjusting relays, thermostat etc bringing back and installing in its original position including testing and commissioning complete all as directed. NOTE FOR SL ITEM NO 1.52 to 1.54 :- (i) Gas charging will be measured and paid separately for item No 1.52 to 1.54 under relevent item of this schedule. (ii) Spares costing more than Rs 200 will be measured and paid seperately under relevent item of this schedule.

Labour only for charging of refrigrent gas (R-22/410A/134A) of required quantity for split/window type AC of 1.50 ton capacity including leak detection by using nitrogen gas and arresting leakages if any by necessary brazing and flushing the system complete and testing complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing the unservicable voltage stabilizer of 5 KVA capacity from position, open the outer covers, removing the burnt out winding of existing transformer and rewinding with super quality insulated copper winding wire of suitable size and insulating properly including replacement of boost / buck relays, assembling the stabilizer complete and fixing back in original position and testing and commissioning complete all as specified and as directed.
