Desilting of legacy silt from RD 1900m to RD 2700m and 08 Months Maintenance of Trunk Drain-II from RD 0m to RD 4580m.

Desilting of drain by deployment of Amphibious excavator Model MB 205 having boom length minimum 15.00m on hire basis for removal of the silt from bed of drain and other obstruction etc. including working in foul condition upto the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge and disposal of silt with all lead and lift upto 50m. The rate includes hire charges of machine, loading, unloading, carriage of machine to site, cost of operator, cost of helper, cost of P.O.L, cost of maintenance of excavator, cost of security from theft, cost of any taxes leveid by MCD/Police or applicable law enforcement Authority,etc complete. Note:- 1. Royality @ 60.00 per cum shall be deducted from to paid quantity. No extra shall be paid to agency in liu of disposal of desilted earth of designated site. Note :- 2. Payment of quantity of desilting shall be paid from the initial and final level of drain bed and disposal site which ever is less. Note :- 3. The agency shall intimate department regarding place of disposal with document & photograph. The department will make inspection of the disposal site before releasing payment."

Maintenance of Trunk Drain No.-II by deploying manchinery as per requirement of site. For removal of all types of obstruction including garbage , floating material and dead animals above water level and cleaning of all existing culverts etc. from all the banks of drain regualry to maintain the drain neat and clean and diposal of removed / collected material to the near bby MCD collection point/ dhalaoo by handcraft /tractor trolley including all leads and lifts in foul condition complete as per site requirement and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note I:- If any part of the reach found not clear upto the satifaction of Engineer-in-charge for consecutive 03 days, a recovery of 3000per km day for each side shall be made from the bills. Note-II:-The agency shall provide daily photogrpahs for enitre reach to the Engieer-in-charge through whatsapp /e-mails/ hardcopy, falling which an amount of Rs. 15000 per month shall be deducted from running/ final bill. (Cost of manpower for maintaining the drain/bank/berm etc to be paid seperately)

Providing security guard round the clock for watch and ward at Surya Nagar Store and TD-II Drain from RD 0m to 4580m including necessary T&P like torch, Lathi and uniform etc. complete, as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and installation of floating Trash Boom, of section length 25m with ASTM connectors for interconnection. Trash Boom shall be permanently inflated made of synthetic fabric such as nylon or polyester coated with PVC. The tensile strength shall be around 180-200kg as per (IS:7016 Part-II/1421. The freeboard shall be about 280mm and skirt of tensile member. All accessories including shore anchor, two bridle, ropes, buoys etc. shall be supplied for installation. At each 25m connection, an anchor has to be deployed as per specification and drawing complete in all respect for controlling trash in flowing water at various locations as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. The barrier shall be anchored and secured to the sides of the water body as manufactures specifications. The floating trash boom of similar designs can be used after prior approval of Engineer-in-charge.
