Day to Day maintenance of parks , potted plants and other green environmental works at the official residential Bunglows of Board of Directors at T-31,T-33 Atul Groove Road, Inspection Quarters and Microwave Tower area at New Rajender Nagar, Recall

1) Day to day Complete maintenance of Horticulture works such as - lawns flower beds, shrubs, hedges, creeper rockery etc., by Watering, Mulching, Pruning, Trimming, Spraying / Manuring at regular intervals Weeding, Lawn mowing, bush cutting . Propagation of different varieties of plants, Seed bed preparation, vegetable garden. Making beds including cost of all kinds of required tools, safety equipment’s, including disposal waste etc upto all leads. Complete Job in all respect as directed by the Engineer in charge. 2) Pest control of plants by spraying applying insecticide, pesticide where ever or when ever required . All works should be done as per the direction of the Engineer in Charge 3) Supply of all kinds of required tools including mechanized cutting tools (both Electrical and Petrol / Diesel based tree cutting & grass cutting, bush cutter machines on site) Lawn mowers with fuel shall be in the scope of Contractor at no additional cost to BSNL. 4) Sweeping of Lawn / Garden area and keep it neat and clean by mechanized method / manually, remove litter, debris, picking of leaves, papers, plastic bottles etc. including disposal of collected waste in dustbin / designated place as per direction of officer -in- charge. 5) Maintenance of Plastic/ Cement/Earthen potted plants at floors of the building including application of good earth, manure, insecticide, pesticide and fertilizer, removing of dry parts by pruning, cleaning dry leaves and displaying in appropriate place and replacement of broken pots ( Pots will be provided by the department) colouring of pots and change of location of pots and replacing with fresh plants as and when required by the department as per direction of Engineer In Charge. Note: (a) Recovery will be made @ Rs15/- per Sqm meter in case the lawns are not properly maintained or grass die due to negligence of Gardeners(malis) or any other variety of grass of Horticulture assets (b)Recovery will be made @ Rs 100/- per metre of hedge in case the shrub/Hedge are not properly maintained or die due to negligence of gardener (Mali). (c)Recovery will be made @ Rs 300/- per plant in case the plants are not properly maintained or die due to negligence of gardener (Mali). (d) The agency shall provide 03 Number Semi Skilled Gardeners (Malis) on daily basis having experience of minimum 5 years in horticulture works. Deduction shall be made @ Rs1500/- per day in case of absentee of the gardener (Mali) These rates are including of all taxes ,GST etc and nothing extra will be paid to the contractor by the Department/BSNL.
